RETENDER FOR ARRESTING OF WATER LEAKAGES AND CHANNELISATION OF WATER AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS INSIDE THE ATAL TUNNEL ROHTANG UNDER PROJECT ROHTANG TUNNEL IN THE STATE OF HIMACHAL PRADESH

Drilling 40 mm dia and 300 - 400 mm deep holes in concrete to facilitate injection grouting of microfine cement or ordinary cement in the crown area of arch lining, including required equipment, tools and tackles, set up of the drilling machine etc complete in all respect. In addition to crown of arch linning, the location of hole can be any where on the tunnel perimeter. Same holes can also be required to be left empty after flushing as directed by Engineer In Charge and OC Contract.

Same holes can also be required to be left empty after flushing as directed by Engineer In Charge and OC Contract.

Providing and fixing of high pressure (3 bars to 10 bars capacity) non return type mechanical packers in predrilled holes of 25 mm dia for injecting microfine cement or ordinary cement including perforated pipe in the pre drilled 25 mm dia hole including sealing of the pipe around the hole to avoid leakages from hole in all respect. Sealing of hole once the grouting operation from the hole is complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.

Drilling of hole upto 20 mm diameter to a depth of 400 mm. The hole to be drilled at an angle of 45 degrees. The hole shall be cleaned using air blower and fitted 100 mm long steel injection packer fitted with NRV. The packer shall be fixed to surfacfe using epoxy putty made approved material as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.

Providing and injecting Microfine Portland Cement along with dispersing agent/chemical additives. Grout shall be dispensed with the help of positive displacement pump and colloidal mixer (1500 rpm) till its refusal. Grout material shall have Blaine 6000 sq.cm/gm, particle size D95-15 micron, Initial set: 5 hr, Final set: 10 hr at water /cement ratio 1.0; mud balance 1.50-1.52kg/l; flow cone 40-42s; Maximum Bleeding 3% as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.

Providing and injection Highly reactive, two component, solvent free, closed cell polyurethane injection grout, which on contact with water, the product forms a foam along with suitable hydrophobic PU resin for permanent water sealing. The life of polyuretahne shall not be less than 20 years when applied inside the concrete lining. The material shall comply with the EN 1504-5, 2004 as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.

Providing and sealing grout holes after removal of mechanical packers, with the help of one component, thixotropic, high strength (One day compressive strength 15MPa), dual shrinkage compensated, fibre reinforced, factory packed, ready to use polymer mortar complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract

Core drilling 80 mm dia holes in roof slab of thickness 20 cm to 25 cm in alternate panels to facilitate passage of drain pipes as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.

Providing and fixing 75 mm dia GI heavy duty pipes as per IS:1239:P-I:2004 of Table 5 for providing drainage from crown/vertical surface upto foot patch level, including fixing of flanges to concrete surface with gasket to make the connection fully water tight, bends and bending the pipe to match with the radius of installed concrete lining/clamps and sealing etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.

Providing and fixing 40 mm dia GI pipe standards as per IS:1239:P-I:2004 of Table 5 with required bending to match the radius of concrete lining, bends, clamps and all accessorised to make connection if required with 40 mm pipe or bigger diameter pipe running to collect the water from the main source and dropping down to Egress Tunnel manhole or pavement drainage manhole as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract

Providing and sealing panel joints with the help of two component moisture incesitive thixotropic high strength epoxy putty after cleaning the joint and making a V groove complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.

Ultra thin heat saving coating to prevent freezing for 75/40 mm diameter GI in all respect complete to avoid water freezing in the pipe as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.

2 mm thick 200mm wide FPO based combiflex, capable of withstanding direct pressure of 2 bars from negative side. The tape shall be so fixed that is fully bonded over the joint and with offset of 50mm on both side as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.

Providing and Installing of digital pressure gauges at location specified of complete in all respect as specified by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
