Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of tubewells installed in various Municipal Parks under the jurisdiction of EE (E )-II Division under Shahdara (South) Zone

Part A: S.I.T.C of Hot Press moulded SMC panel/Canopy Box of size(OD) 920 mm x 460 mm x 260 mm & (ID) 900 mm x 450 mm x250 mm , anti – corrosive, dust proof, rust proof, shock proof , Self-extinguishing property , resistant to heat , Vermin proof, Ultra Violet stabilized, Pilfer resistant, Suitable for mounting 1 no. 3 phase Starter, 1 no. 63 Amp 4 pole isolator and 1 no. 3 phase Energy meter, Socket for outgoing connection with pilferage proof SMC door duly welded with S/S handle having danger logo on its outer surface and with 1 no Hot Dip galvanized iron stand for a base of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm and height of the stand is 600 mm including 300 mm height below the ground with side strip of size 25 x 5 mm.

.Supplying, lowering, testing and commissioning of vertical type, multistage, totally enclosed water filled deep well submersible pumping set complete i/c connection etc. as reqd a. Single Phase 1.5 HP having discharge of 72 LPM Approx. at 49 M Head

c Three Phase 5.0 HP having discharge of 300 LPM Approx. at 39 M Head.

Supplying and fixing following sizes of insulated steel flexible safety rope for holding submersible pump set i/c clips etc complete as reqd.(a) 6 mm dia

P&F following sizes of PVC insulated & PVC sheathed copper conductor 3 core submersible cable confirming to IS.694/1990 etc. as reqd. (a) 3 X 2.5 sq.mm.

Supply, lowering and fixing following size of G.I.Pipe (M-Class)i/c cutting threading on both sides etc. ISI marked etc as reqd.. a.40mm(Nominal Bore)

S& F following sizes of GI Elbow as reqd.a. 40mm dia

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. a. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

S&F MS clamp made up of flat iron of size 50mmx 6 mm with 4 nut bolt for holding the G.I.Pipe from 40 mm to 65 mm dia pipe etc as reqd.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of cubical type control panel board for single phase & Three Phase submersible pumping set of following rating complete with contactor, relay , MCB ,condenser ,voltmeter, ammeter and indication lamp etc including connections etc as reqd. a. 1.5 HP (Single Phase)

Supply and fabrication of pole protection system made up of 8SWG steel wire mesh of size25mmx75mm rectangular with 50mmx50mmx6mm MS angle iron for supporting the mesh and grounding the protection system in suitable quality of CC etc as reqd.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Redevelopment of tube well with suitable capacity of air compressor i/c lowering of the necessary induction pipe or line i/c cost of fuel, hire charges of compressor etc as reqd. The development shall be considered complete when Gravel stop sinking, Discharge ceased to improve and the sand contents are not more than 10 PPM after 20 minutes of starting the pump complete as reqd.a) All type of soil (200 mm dia.)

Lifting of existing submersible pump set with its all accessories from well and lowering the same along with all accessories for the depth upto 50 meter complete as reqd.

Rewinding of single / three phase AC motors of vertical type multi stage submersible pump sets of following ratings :- (a) Single Phase 1/1.5 HP.

Rewinding of single / three phase AC motors of vertical type multi stage submersible pump sets of following ratings :- (a) Three Phase 5 HP.

Repairing of pumping unit of 1/1.5/3 HP vertical type multi stage submersible pump set by replacement of following accessories / parts etc compelete as reqd. (a) Gun metal bush / bearing.

(b) Pump Shaft.

(c ) Impeller.

Replacement of following items for cubicle panel etc. as required. (a) Capacitor 36 mfd

(b) Capacitor 50 mfd

(c) Contactor & Relay of Single Phase Starter unit.

(d) Contactor & Relay of three Phase Starter unit.

Part- B Comprehensive AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for repair and maintenance of Tube Wells installed at various Municipal works for depth of 50 meter to 100 meter for Cost for one tube well with submersible pump set etc. of rating up to 1/1.5 HP for one year.

Comprehensive AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for repair and maintenance of Tube Wells installed at various Municipal works for depth of 50 meter to 100 meter for Cost for one tube well with submersible pump set etc. of rating up to 5 HP for one year.
