Demolition of brick work stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, (Posts embedded in concrete or natural ground) including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground

Dismantling fencing wire mesh , any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundations etc. n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundation, filling, mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 as in Beams, cantilevers, lintels, columns pillars, piers, posts, struts, chullah hoods, stair case, arches, domes, vaults, shell roofs, arch ribs, folded plates, slabs, balconies, canopies, deck slabs etc. or in similar articles upto 5th floor level, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, rafts raft beams, sides and soffits ( if any ) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or batter, finished rough surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of square or rectangular pillars, posts, struts, columns etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking etc. and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and incl 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking etc. and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:4 on other than faces of block masonry /brick work surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing the new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth priming with red oxide zinc chrome and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for broken glass coping in cement mortar 1:3 on top of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces any description including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of New plastered surfaces of wall including scaffolding up to 7m height, two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces and curing after applying each coat, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) In case the tenderer quotes different rates for similar item then lowest rate shall only be applicable for payment and contractor shall not have any claim on this account. (ii) The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
