Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards /slabs /blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of ply wood /boarding , any description, fixed in any position with nail.

M&L for sound acoustics false ceiling material long life of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 15 mm ceiling including anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size of grid 600 mm x 600 mm and 0.50 mm thick for tee, cross tee and angle fixed on wall, powder coated finished on exposed faces of tee and angle hung from ceiling with 4 mm thick GI suspension wire spaced at 1200 mm on main runner including making nitches for fan / ligh etc complete with soundproofing engineering and manufacturer's instruction (Armstrong Optra RH 95 High sound Absorption 0.9 NRC or equivalent as per the list of make) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sound acoustics wall panelling material long life of size and thickness (600 mm x 1200 mm x 25 mm deep) including 4 Nos of metal impaler size 102 mm x 77 mm to be used as per Armstrong Acoustic & soundproofing Engineering and manufacturer's instruction (Armstrong Optra wall panel with metal implaer High sound Absorption 0.9 NRC or equivalent as per the list of make) all as specified and as directed.

S&F 9 mm thick veneered decorative ply wood, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers on one side fixed with nails to timber frame work as in panelling etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorative surface and providing one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface and applying two coats of white washing on ceiling , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of old Wooden surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying, one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scrapping down preparing surfaces and make surface free from loose particles oil stains etc and surface ideally prewetted and applying three coats of white cementitious wall care fine putty 2.0 mm thick, and applying two coats oil bond distemper on wall, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Preparation of surfaces and application of putty shall be carried out as per manufactures instruction.

M&L for preparing surfaces of old steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying, one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Taking down existing unserviceable point wiring of any description /type / size of light/fan/tube/power/two way/bell etc on TW batten/conduit including removal of batten / conduit / gutties / wooden boards / switches / sockets / regulators/ light fittings etc and removal of unserviceable material out of site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down the existing unserviceable main switch / cut out / DBs of any type / capacity / description as existing at site including MCBs any type and capacity making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing unservicable sub main wiring of any type / description as existing at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through duty, PVC conduit on wall/roof ISI marked, with PVC boxes of suitable size including 3 mm thick laminated backalite sheet ISI marked for mounting switches / sockets/ regulators etc and making good disturbed surfaces and including 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly all as specified and directed for the following :-

One ceiling fan/ exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch and regulator.

One three pin socket outlet, 5 amps on same board with other switches.

All as per item No 14 above but with standed copper conductor 2.5 Sq mm (nominal area) , single core, PVC insulated and unsheated multistranded FRLS cable 1100 volt grade ISI-694 marked for 3 pin, 15 amp socket outlet, independent , including PVC insulated multistanded FRLS copper conductor 2.5 sq mm (nominal area) single core as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down ceiling fans of any sweep keeping with safe custody and refixing the same with replacement of unsv three core PVC insulated PVC sheated 3 core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 23 / 0.193 from ceiling rose to fan terminal, over holling the fan and painting of ceiling fans complete with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with metalic puty to remove undulated impression etc and one coat after cleaning all dust etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sub main wiring complete with two single core 2.5 sq mm, 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated, standed copper conductor FRLS cable, with continuous copper earth conductor of 2.5 sq mm in and including PVC conduit and accessories complete all directed by engineer in charge. Note : 3 runs of 2.5 sqmm conductor and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.
