M & L for Painting lines 10 cm wide, on roads with hot applied retrorefletive thermoplastic road marking paint, dashes, arrows, letters, marking etc of 2 mm thick film on new surfaces or previously treated road surfaces with hot applied retroreflective thermoplastic road marking paint (white/golden yellow) conforming to MORTH (clause 803.4) all as specified with 8 % of glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160 degree celcius including cleaning and drying the existing road surface to ensure dust, oil, greese and moisture free surface before applying the paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors and in foundations including levelling, watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in charge.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking using paver blocks with pigments any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with colored cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in charge.

Sch 'A' Sec - V (Part-II), “EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS"

Material and labour for Cutting of existingn GI pipe line 100 bore, inserting DI/CI Tee 100 x 100 x 80 mm flanged type including fittings as required to jointint pipe complete for branch connections all as directed. Note:- The Rate quoted shall include cost of Excavation , cutting, boring, threading, and any other fitting/ fixture required for taking branch connection.

M& L for 1 HP (0.75KW) open well monoblock type submersible pump set, electric driven, copper winding, SS/special grade cast iron body, 2900 RPM, 10 M head, 225LPM, suction pipe and delivery pipe 25 dia including all accessories like submersible cable of suitable size and length required for 415V, 50HZ, TP suitable of AC supply comprising, installation, commissioning and testing complete all as directed.

Supplying and Fixing including testing DOL Automatic starter with and including outdoor type panel box suitable for 1 HP (0.75KW) submersible starter complete all as specified and directed with following specification: (a) maximum operational current-1.9A. (b) Contactor AC 03-20Amp (c) Over Load Relay 1.58to 2.5Amp (d) Phase: 3 Ph,440V (e) Frequency: 50Hz (f) Material of Panel box: Powder coated CRCA MS sheet min 3.15 mm Thick. Note :- Starter panal box shall be mounted on frame made of MS angle iron 25 x 25 x 3mm of height 0.45 meter above ground level and legs of frame to be embeded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 0.30 meter thick.

M & L for earthing complete with Galvanized Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level, connected to and including GI wire of 4 mm dia connected by means of GI bolts, nuts, and washers, protected by 15 mm bore GI medium grade ISI marked pipe upto and including test points. Earthing plate shall be surrounded by alternate layers 15cm thick of charcoal or coke and common salt all around bottom and top, 20mm dia GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20mm graded crushed store aggrgate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceed ing 50 M, pit cover 40 mm thick made with RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed store aggrgate) including TMT reinforcement 80 mm dia @ 75 mm C/C both way, MS handle of 12 mm dia, cover rest on MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm embeded in concrete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I and all as directed. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and earthing strip upto test point from top of the earth plate and further upto body of electrical equipment shall be including in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engr-in-charge. No extra payment shall be made on this account.

M & L for Construction of valve pit of the sizes 90cm x 90cm x 90cm (internal dimensions) of double brick masonary with internal plastering from the top of surface including cover of MS sheet 3.15mm thick and angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 6mm with hinges and locking arrangement including painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and grouting to PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) plastering in cement morter 1:3, foundation concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone agregate (including necessary earthwork complete all as specified and directed. (Refer Drawing no BTD 811)

S & F non return value 25mm bore bronze with screwed ends ISI marked (IS-778) complete all as specified.
