Supply and fixing for Stack clamps out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof

Supply and fixing of 150mm internal dia of salt glazed stoneware pipes laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixig of 150 mm salt glazed stoneware bends (any radius) of 150mm dia of bore diminishing pieces or tapers (large bore measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing precast RCC cover slab (1:2:4) type B-1 (for man holes, drain cover etc) (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) including necessary use and waste of formwork and set in CM (1:6) complte with joints to match all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-0 PCC (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in benching of manholes, roof kerbs, mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed

Materials and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished to drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graed stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested completely surroundiung for 150mm bore of pipes with complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting to existing manholes for 100mm internal dia pipe making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out exiting benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching complete all as required and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning & removing of sludge, soil, mud etc from sewage pipe lines including manholes by rodding using MS rod tied with jute/gunny bags between manhole to manhole and flushing down with water removing the sludge to a distance n.exc 50 mtr away from the starting point depositing in pits n.less than 30cm from existing ground level including sprinkling with bleaching powder over the area of pit & cleaned manholes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking out sludge from septic tank and removing the ame to a distance n.exc 50 mtr from the starting point nd depositing in the pits n.exc 10 sqm on plan & n.exc 1.50 mtr depth and covered with ordinary soil and sprinkling with bleaching powder complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 mtr wide and n.exc 1.50 mtr depth for foundation etc in soft/loose soil.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each in soft/loose soil n.exc 0.50 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (Corrugated/ Semi corrugated etc) and translucent sheet in roof covering complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing for 2mm fiber glass translucent sheet fixed with coach screw etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as speciffied and directed.

Welding in repairs exc 2.50 cm of thickness not exc 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or preparation of old plastered surfaces of brick wall, RCC fencing posts or structs surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali-resistant primer paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-0 using (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coppings as in brick wall duly rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete type B 1 PCC (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Glass dividing strips, 3mm thick of 38mm width complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC chequered tiles with grey cement and pigment 25cmX25cmX25mm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry as in path, pavement, floors, etc over 15mm thick screed bed CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in plinth protection/pavings including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
