A.Labour charges for Dismantling & pulling of failed/ healthy 2x10MVA, 2x16MVA & 2x25MVA 110 KV class Power Transformers with accessories from plinth/saferplace to safer place/plinth in the same 110 KV SS in the judisdiction of SE/GCC-1/ Chennai circle: Labour charges for Dismantling of Ext busbars of power Transformer(6 x3)

Labour charges for dismantling of Ext droppers and jumpers (6 x3)

Labour charges for Dismantling of 2x10 MVA, 110 kV class Power transformer and provision of suitable dummy plates for all openings such as bushing fixures top of turrets oil pipe lines, Bucholtz pipe lines, cooler bank pipe lines and wherever necesssary including crane charges at various 110 KV Sub Station.

Labour charges for Dismantling of 2x16 MVA ,110 kV class Power transformer and provision of suitable dummy plates for all openings such as bushing fixures top of turrets oil pipe lines, Bucholtz pipe lines, cooler bank pipe lines and wherever necesssary including crane charges at various 110 KV Sub Station.

Labour charges for Dismantling of 2x25 MVA, 110 kV class Power transformer and provision of suitable dummy plates for all openings such as bushing fixures top of turrets oil pipe lines, Bucholtz pipe lines, cooler bank pipe lines and wherever necesssary including crane charges at various 110 KV Sub Station.

Labour charges for oil draining from old Transformers using filter machine / oil pump/ Hose etc,. Per ltr excess quantity of above 800 liters.(2X1000,2x1200 & 2x1400)

Labour charges for Loading/ Unloading the transfomer including Raising and Lowering of power transformer using suitable jacks as many times as required with or without all accessories & oil for loading the transformer from existing plinth to safer place in the Same SS(or) loading into truck and unloading from truck to the allotted ss plinth vice versa .(2x34MT ,2x40 MT & 2x42 MT approx)

Labour charges for pulling of transformer from plinth to safer place in the same 110 KV SS & Pulling for loading into truck Or pulling from truck to plinth vice versa (232 MT x40 m) = 9280 MT/Mtr.

B.Labour charges for erection of 2x10MVA,2x16MVA,2x25MVA 110KV Class Power Transformers at various Substations in the judisdiction of SE/GCC-1/Chennai circle :Labour charges for erection of Power Transformer with turrets all HV/LV bushings,cable termination box, cooler bank, Fans, oil pipe lines, Mashalling box, RTCC Panel and all accessories which ever is necessary for succesesful commissioning of the Transformer Including Crane charges For 2x10MVA.

Hot Oil circulation & filteration upto satisfactory value is achieved including provision of suitable filtering machine of appropriate capacity with 6/10KL Filter machine upto 50MVA and 10/12KL for above 50MVA with minimum 50Mtrs supply cable.(2x11500,2x14000 & 2x16000)

Supply and provision of various sizes of GI /Yellow bolts and Nuts, with washers and foundation bolts for cooler bank A frames Cooling pumps/pipes supports, Marshalling box cooler control cubicles cable box covers and where ever necessary as per direction of the Field Engineer. Per KG ( M8,M9,M10,M12,M16, M 19, M 25)

Letter Writing/Stickering of the Power Transformer/Auto Tr/ICT/Reactor, Marshalling box,DM box, RTCC panel, Cooler control cabinet, Fan and Pump etc., including material with dark Blue enamel paint. Letter size should be minimum height 80 mm and thickness 10 mm.

C.Transportation of 2x10MVA,2x16MVA,2x25MVA 110KV class power transformer to allotted substation &Miscellaneous transport charges per truck per day trip over and average distance of 50 KM and Rs. 40 for every additional Kilometers for transporting of control cable, Earth flats, Additional Transformer oil, Gaskets, Dummy plates etc.,(supplied from Board side): Category C : Minimum Transport Charges to be adopted for transformers above 30 MT UPTO 50 MT and 50 KM range within Chennai city limit ( OR) Category D : Minimum Transport Charges to be adopted for transformers above 30 MT UPTO 50 MT and 100 KM range out side Chennai city limit including Transformer oil and with all accessories.

Normal Transport Charges to be adopted for transportation Outside Greater chennai (39x2= 78 MTx 150 kM = 11700 MT/KM, 45x2=90 MT x150 km =13500 MT/KM & 50x2 =100 MTx150 kM=15000 MT/KM)

Miscellaneous transport charges per truck per day trip over and average distance of 50 KM and Rs. 40 for every additional Kilometers for transporting of control cable, Earth flats, Additional Transformer oil, Gaskets, Dummy plates etc.,(supplied from Board side)

Miscellaneous transport charges for above 50KM and Rs.40 for every additional KM for transporting of Additional Transformer oil, Gaskets , control cables etc.,(supplied from Board side)
