Running operation and maintenance of 20 KVA D.G. set ,booster pump set, complete with electric control panel and cable work, control valves and other allied accessories i/c minor repairs, preventive maintenance details as per terms and conditions attached.

Dismentling ,rewinding and re-assembling of 7.5 HP 3 Phase 415 volt induction motor, replacement of connection plate i/c varnishing, tapping connection, testing cartage to and fro etc. complete as required.

Repairing of 7.5 HP booster pumjp i/c replacement of following worn out pars i/e. gland sleeve, neck ring, ball bearing, nut bolt, packing and cartage to & fro i/c dismantling & reassembling, commissioning at site etc. as required.

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, Ics = 100% Icu and Operational voltage 690V etc. as required. Supplying and fixing of air break DOL motor starter ,( starter type-MU1 DOL) with MU relay suitable for7.5 HP pump set, including testing and commissioning, complete as required.

LED Batten light (System lumen efficacy >105<120 lm/Watt) Supplying installation, Testing & Commissioning of LED surface mounted Batten light of following body material and construction as per IS:10322 with driver (Replaceable) as per the requirment with Driver efficiency>85%, Opertating voltage AC 140-270 Volt, freq50/60 hz., Operating temp range -5 deg to 40 deg centigrade, internal surge protection of 2.5 KV with Short & open circuit protection, THD <10%, P.F>0.95, IP20,cri >80, Fliuctker free, (Flicker should be below 5%), life time(LED, Driver& electrical circuitary), of minimum 50000 burning hourswith, 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends, CCT 3000°K/ 4000° K/ 5700° K /6500° K (As per ANSI Bin), SDCM (Standard Deviation Color Matching ) <3, Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and fixture shall be relevant BIS standard and trade mark certificate (T.C.). Manufactures Word Mark/ Name Engraved/ Embossing/ Screen printing on housing complete in all respect i/c extenalconnetions with 1.5 sq mm FRLS/HFFR, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with minimum 5 year OEM warranty. System lumen efficieny>105<120 lm/Watt output. LM79 & LM80 Test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted . Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in-charge as per requirement. (Thermal management heat sink of aluminium housing such that LED junction temprature shall not rise above 90°C. Supply of energy efficient Metallic body exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep with minimum air delivery of minimum 1400 RPM to operate on single phase 230 volt, 50 HZ AC Supply with 3 Nos. Aerodynamically designed & Balanced Blade/impeller, copper winding with bird guard to protect the fan in running condition, arm-set, frame and all required accessories, Installing the exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required.
