Supply of Pre-Fabricated Structure

Supply of Pre- fabricating structure, blasiing, panting, delivering to site of Grade E250BR conforming to IS: 2062 for sections like (ISMB, ISMC, ISA (Angles), NPB, WPB,flats,plates), Grade S275JR / S275J0 / S355J0 for UB/UC sections conforming to BS EN 10025 and Grade S275JR / S275J0 / S355J0 for HEA/HEB/HEM sections conforming to EN19 93-1-1 for at all heights and levels as per drawing including tools, tackles, cutting, welding, consumables, sag rods, permanent bolts of grade 8.8 (Snug Tight) as per IS:3757 & IS:4000,including nuts conforming to IS 6623 or IS 1367 part 3 for bolts >M36 & washers conforming to IS:6649. ( All Bolts, Nuts and Washers shall be Hot Dip Galvanized as per IS1367 part 13 ) for all types of structures in buildings, pipe racks, platforms, sheds, towers ,ladders etc , all complete as per technical specifications with standard steel sections as per IS 808 and IS12778, UB/UC as per BS , HEA/HEB,HEM as per all as per EN1993-1-1 ( It shall include welding of 16mm MS nuts to steel member @400c/c for members to be fireproofed ) but for semi built-up sections consisting of standard rolled steel sections and plates.Item description for Supply, fabrication, surface preparation, painting & erection of structural steel works and technological structure/platforms.

The measurement shall be in metric ton of finished structural steel weight as per drawing including blasting and painting Painting Specification Details Blasting & Primer Painting of Fabricated Structure Surface Preparation by blast cleaning of SSPC-SP-10, Providing and applying two coats (primer and finish coat) of FP-3A (Aromatic amine cured epoxy resin medium suitably pigmented) each coat of 100 micron on all steel surfaces as per specification.
