Water Bound Macadam: Using stone screening Type-B 11.2 mm for Gr.III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (A) By Manual Means

Prime coat (I) Low porosity Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Tack coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi- Dense Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder@ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel andalignment, rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratoryand tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect. (a)'with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for grading-II (10mm nominal size)

Excavation for structure E/W in excavation for structure as per drawing and Technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stamps and deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 50.00 mtr dressing of sides and bottom, back filling in tranches with excavated suitable materials. (I) In ordinary soil (i) Upto 3.00 m depth (without dewatering)

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per Drawing and technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 (M-10, Nominal Mix 1:3:6)

Laying (first class) Bedding on well compacted sand, moorum or approved granular materials as per clause 11059 (ii) Granular materials

Brick Masonry work in cement mortar in sub structure Brick Masonry work in cement mortar in sub structure complete excepting pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specification clause 602, 603, 604, 1202 &1204 In 1:3 cement mortar Brick masonry work in cement mortar 1:3

Providing and laying RCC pipe NP-3 for culverts on 1st class bedding for granular materials in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, back filling, concrete, masonry works and Parapets clause 1106, 1000mm dia

Plastering with cement morter (1:4) 15mm thick on brick work for substructure as per technical specification

Providing Protection work with Bambo palasiding with sand bag along the eoad side on the side of pond (Depth less then 1.00 m) for widening the road including dewatering etc. complete to prevent the erossion as directed by the department.
