Reconstruction of Main Canal with R.C.C lining from Ch. 0 m to 323m (10 cusec capacity)

Item no. 1:Labour cost for dismantling of old cc lining and carriage of the materials and depositing the same at a safe distance as directed.Carriage up to lead of 30 M and lift up to 1.5 M

Item no. 2: Labour charge for dismantling / replacing the old damaged hume pipe of 1200 mm dia of canal structure and carriage of the same upto a lead of 30 M and lift of 2.5 M and depositing the same in a safe distance as directed.

Item no. 3: Earthwork in excavation in foundation of canal structures in all types of soil as per design and drawing including dressing the foundation, shoring etc. removing the surplus spoils by head lead to a safe distance from the working place & depositing the required spoils in uniform layers, dressing, watering, breaking clods to not more than 10 mm cube with compensation all complete as directed at site. (Including bailing out stagnant rain water where necessary). In all types of soil (except soil mixed with gravel and boulder) For normal lead of 30 M and lift of 1.5 M

Item no. 4: Collecton of sand gravel (40 % sand gravel (40% sand and 60 % gravel of size 25 mm to 60 mm ) free from dust and dirt including stacking in measurable stacks at quarry site and making payment of forest royalty etc. as directed complete .

Item no. 5: Labour charge for spreding hard river shingles/sand gravels to required thicjness over approach subway etc. including ramming, dressing the seat before laying the materials lead up to 30 M and lift 1.5 M complete as directed.

Item no. 6: Cement concrete work in prop. 1:3:6 in foundation/abutment/piers/wing walls etc. with hard river shingles of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing, bailing out water with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary complete as directed (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).

Item no. 7: Centering and shuttering including proping etc. where necessary and removal of forms after completion of C.C. and R.C.C. works, complete as directed. (Measurement oto be taken on the face area timbered).© Shuttering (Column)

Item no. 8: R.C.C. work in slab, abutment cap and above abutment, pier cap, pedestal, dirt wall etc. in prop. 1:2:4 with hard broken stone aggregates of size 6 mm to 20 mm with proper reinforcement as per design i/c curing etc. with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).

Item no. 9: Item no. 9: Supplying, fitting, fixing and laying reinforcement (TATA) in position in R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, cranking with two plies 0.91 mm (20 BWG) annealed wire, hooking, tying complete as directed. At base of side wall, 10 mm dia @ 125 mm c/c

Item no. 10: Item no. 10: Earth work in filling in all soils in canal embankment and bed filling as per design section and grade by truck carriage for a minimum distance of 4 Km including paying compensation of earth obtained from private land if any, loading, unloading, spreading the same including cutting light jungle, removing trees up to 15 cm dia and uprooting roots & stamps etc, from the seat of embankment, breaking clods not more than 10 mm cube, ramming, profilling etc. with all lifts complete as directed (Payment will be made after deduction of 12.50% shrinkage allowance from the gross quantity).

Item No. 2 : Labour charge for dismantling of old CC works of canal structures and carriage the spoils and depositing the same in a safe distance as directed. : Carriage up to lead of 60 M and lift upto 9 M.

Item No. 3 : Dismantling old plastering works and racking out joints including carriage and stacking the materials at a safe place as directed complete.

Item No. 4 : Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches including filling up sides of trenches and removalof spoils after completion of foundation work, dressing, ramming, shoring etc, complete including bailing out water where necessary in ordinary soil.

Item No. 5 : Soling in foundation at all levels including filling interstices, ramming etc. complete as directed and of specified thickness with 9 cm brick on flat including sand packing.

Item No. 6 : C .C. work in proportion 1:4:8 in foundation/abutment/piers/wing walls etc. with hard broken stone aggregates of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).

Item No. 7 : 1st class brick work in cement mortar in abutment and wing wall, parapet wall etc. including racking outjoints and curing etc. complete.

Item No. 8 : C. C. work in proportion 1:3:6 in foundation /abutment.piers / wing wall etc. with hard broken stone aggregates of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necy. complete as directed . Reconstruction of D2 canal from ch. 0 to 120m and renovation from ch 120 to 983m.

Item No. 3 : Earthworkin excavtion in Irrigation canal to the designed section and grade by depositing the spoils in form of embankment in 15 mm layers on both banks as necessary including clearing light jungles ,removing trees upto 15 cm dia and uprooting roots and stamps etc. from the seat of the embankment and canal free from all vegetaion including breaking clods not more than 10mm cube,ramming ,dressing and roughening the seat of emabankment with a lead upto 30m and lift 1.5m complete as directed.

Item No. 4 : C.C. work in prop. 1 : 4 : 8 in foundation /abutments / piers/ wing walls etc. with hard broken stone aggr. Of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necy. complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately.)

Item No. 5 : 1st. class brick work in cement mortar in abutment and wing wall, parapet wall etc. Including racking out joints and curing etc. complete. (ii) In proportion 1:4

Item No. 6 : Soling in foundation floor at all levels including filling inter sides, ramming etc. complete as directed and of specified thickness with 9cm brick on flat including sand packing.

Work in proportion 1:2:4 in foundation/ abutment/ pier/ wing walls etc. With hard broken stone of agg. size 6mm to 20mm including curing with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. Where necessary complete as directed (shuttering , scaffolding cost will be paid separately).

Item No. 8 : 12mm thick cement plastering including clearing surface and curing complete as directed. In proportion 1:3

Item No. 9 : Earthwork in filling in Marginal bund / Guide bank / Afflux bund / Canal embankment etc. to the design section and grade by obtaining earth from outside borrow pits and filling in uniform layers not exceeding 15 cm thick including clearing light jungle, removing trees upto 15 cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps from the seat of embankment and borrow pit area, breaking clods not more than 10 mm cube, ramming, watering, dressing and roughening the seat of embankment, profiling
