Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 , 40 mm graded store aggregate 75 mm thick as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls,ceilings etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on external plaster finished the surfaces (upto 12 mtr height) using 3% of WPC by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rates shall deemed to be inclusive of cost of water proofing compound.

Material and labour for 12 mm thick ready mix plaster external plaster finished the surfaces (upto 12 mtr height) using 3% of WPC by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rates shall deemed to be inclusive of cost of water proofing compound.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surface and applying finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment, preparing the surfaces and applying finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth with thin layer of sagol finish but as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying three coat of white wash on ceiling including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of white wash on celing on old surfaces including preparation of old surfaces including cleaning smoke efflorocense of any type or spot of nail filled with putty complete match to old surface complete all as specified and directed.
