REPAIR MAINT OF CENTRAL AC PLANT PACKAGE TYPE AC PLANT AND OTHER APPLIANCES OF FIRST HALF SUMMER UNDER GE AF SRINAGAR

Disconnecting & reparing of existing unserviceable cooling tower, FRP type, 22 TR Capacity, of any description & in any position complete including dismantling all old connected parts/items like motor, FRP casing, FRP Basin, PVC filing, MS/GI Pipe line, sluice valve, stop valve, steel structure frame etc, servicing /overhauling, cleaning, oiling/greasing and fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts, reassembling the cooling towers and connected parts/items fixed in position for connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - (i) The replacement of defective / non-functional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing rate for new items are deemed to include under this item. (ii) The rates for above item are deemed to include replacement of necessary unserviceable screws/ nuts/bots /washers/ packing etc.

S&F differential oil failure switch type MP-55 complete all as specified and directed. Make : Indofoss /Renco /Pan.

S&F LPcontrol switch MP-1 complete all as specified and directed. Make : Indofoss / Renco / Pean.

S&F HP control switch MP-5 complete all as specified and directed. Make : Indofoss / Renco / Pean.

Dismantling and taking out existing unserviceable pressure gauge of any description and in any position and supplying & fixing water pressure gauge of range 0 – 100 PSI, 100mm dia, complete all as specified & directed. Make : Fiebig / ACCEL/ Superior.

S&F suction valve for compressor including disconnecting & taking down old existing unserviceable suction valve of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed:-

S&F high pressure discharge valve for compressor including disconnecting & taking down old existing unserviceable suction valve of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling and taking down existing micro filters of sizes 5 to 10 micron from AHU duct plenum for checking the serviceability of filter element, servicing and cleaning of filter elements, replacement of existing unserviceable filters and fixing the serviceable filters in position including preparation of the surfaces of MS cover of filters and applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint of approved colour complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable filter elements in position and replacement of unserviceable filters with new filters. The new replaced filters shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A’ “as `supply only”

Supply only the following filters suitable for Air handling units of air conditioning plants all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Make : Tenacity Filters Pvt Ltd. / Ravi Industries or equivalent make as approved by the GE) Note (i) Cost element of removing unserviceable filters fixing and testing of the new filters is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor under respective Sch ‘A’ (ii) Contractor shall have no claim on account of variation of quantities of these items/non execution of any of the above items and contractor shall be paid for at as quoted rates only for the parts actually replaced. (a) Micro ‘V’ air filter nylon/fabric fibre, media of capacity 5 micron, 98% efficiency of size 550mm x 550mm x 300mm deep.

Supply only gland bolts made out of high carbon forged steel complete with nuts , bolts & washers suitable for any capacity of pumps of any make/model complete all as specified & directed.
