Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with liquid water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation new external surfaces by rubbing with sand paper to achieve smooth plastered/concrete surfaces of wall etc upto 10m height and applying two coats of camouflage exterior grade emulsion paint over a coat of primer (Colour and design as required/approved by Engr-in-Charge) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings including ridges complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos Cement (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings with ridges complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/vally gutter, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting in roof covering having zinc coating @ 275 gms/Sqm with two corrugation side lap, fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.63 mm thick plain galvanised, mild steel sheeting as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) having zinc coating @ 275 gms/Sqm with two corrugation side lap, fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 4 mm thick, Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 4mm thick non asbestos fibre reinforced designer ceiling board (610mmx610mm) with hot drip heavy duty suspended ceiling grid system T-2430 with GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel, unequal flanges and web etc of suitable size suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section including Hangers 6 mm dia GI fixed to roof by means of ceilling cleats made out of GI flat per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sq.cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for second class hardwood, scantlings, clean sawn, in framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rolled mild steel fo grade Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleat etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays of rain water, ventilating pipes including bolts, hooks (stay) for large gates, hook and pintel hinges, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties,flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh, wind tie, fan hook and similar work including necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc conforming to Fe – 290 Gde E – 165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame with fillets as per specifications and drawing including taking down old unserviceable wall panelling with cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Framed work with hollow section square bar or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed. Note: An amount of Rs. 96805.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
