M&L for preparing pavement joints by removal of (taking out) the existing polyurethene sealant or any other compound to a depth as directed , by chiseling from the joints, cleaning the joint surface thoroughly and grinding side of joint with grinding machine to make the surface free from dust faces of bitumen or any other sealing compound without disturbing the pavement , then finally cleaning the joint with compressed air by air blower and vacuum cleaner etc . Providing backup material (polyprophylene backup rod) of suitable width and depth as per available space in the pavement joints and also to maintain a depth (min 10 mm) to accommodate joint sealant as specified. Priming both sides of the joint surface upto the top level of backup material with specified primer and apply polyurethene base joint sealant properly leaving 3mm gap from top surface of concrete as per manufacturer's instruction using masking tape to avoid accidental spillage , size of joint is 26 to 30 mm wide and 50 mm average depth complete all as specifed and directed by Eng-in-charge. Note:- i)Tenderer attention is invited to the depth of pavement joint required to be cut, in case of extra cutting tenderer needs to make good with suitable filler as directed at his own cost. (ii) Filling of joints to be done 2 to 3 mm recessed during summer and in winter it should be filled upto top up.(iii) Fly wheel , spatula , trangular pallet Knife etc to be used to maintain the recess and to give aesthetics.

Repair to broken spalled edges of joints pot holes etc of existing concrete slab by forming square/rectangular grooves with diamond/Machine cutter wider towards bottom to from key with the existing quality concrete cleaning / dusting the grooves using compressed air to remove all dust and dirt by air blower and repairing with Epoxy mortar after applying epoxy primer and applying one coat of Epoxy resin (Base & hardner Ratio 2:1) over epoxy mortor , finished complete all as manufacturer's instructions and as directed .

Demolition of PQC pavement slab of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for by using compressor drilling machine and removing debris to out side of MOD land complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum field flexural strength 40Kg/Sqcm (lower control limit-LCL) after 28 days in pavement slab using 400 kg of cement per cum and using non circular fibre synthetic reinforcement @ 1Kg/cum of concrete with crushed stone aggregate as specified laid in panels including necessary formwork, spread mechanically/ or any other method as directed at site and compacted with mechanical vibrator and bull noising/rounding off edges, curing, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:-supply only Non circular fibre will be paid under respective item.

Supply only Non-circular fibre synthetic reinforcement material complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing surfaces of concrete pavements by transverse brooming/grooving of maximum 3 mm wide by 3 mm deep at approximately interval of 25mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair sign board of size 750 mm x 600 mm made with aluminium frame of size 50.80x25.40x1.70mm (jindal) including 6mm thick ACP sheet (1st quality) with EPDM gasket, colour rectro highly reflective radium sticker including capital letter and marking (design marking letters as per direction of engineer in charge) and aluminium "A" section for support of 2 Nos PVC pipe 50mm dia for leg and aluminium "L" section of size 50x50mm and aluminium clamp 6mm thick flat strip 50mm wide with nut and bolt complete all as specified and directed.
