Supply and laying sub main wiring complete with 05 runs ( 3 Nos for three phase, Neutral & Earthing colour code) of single core 16 sqmm fire retardant low smoke and halogen (FRLSH) PVC insulated copper conductor cable multistranded and sheathed LT 1100 V grade drawn through and including steel metallic ISI marked and accessories surface fixed on wall /floor etc all as specified. Note:- 05 runs of cable and 01 run of steel conduit shall be measured as one unit for measurement purposes.

M&L Dismantling blades, down rod, canopy and taking out burnt stator assy of flame proof/ weather proof ceiling fan 48"/56" sweep and taking down old burnt copper stator winding, cleaning stator slots, rewinding of stator assy with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper winding wire, insulating material complete and assembling flame proof ceiling fan with flame proof cover and testing for proper function including provision of split pin of suitable sizes and writing MES No ( Letter size shall be minimum 5 mm width x 15 mm height) complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Cost of taking down of fan and re-fixing shall be included in the unit quoted rate (ii) The quoted rate for rewinding shall also include the rates of ball bearing/Bush bearing and capacitor of suitable size. (iii) painting and writing MES no also to be included in the quoted rate (iv) Contractor should be site visit before tender quoting.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 Mtr below ground level. The earth plate to be connetced with earth lead of 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in para no 4 the earthing test point all as specified and directd.The GI earthing strip to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 15mm bore (medium grade) up to up to test point. Earthing shall be include with providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) up to 90 cm all around earth plate further filled with 60 cm thick Tibba sand and 2nd layer with 30 cm of Magnesium sulphate powder (compact thickness ) , 3rd layer with tibba sand up to the ground level. Earthing shall also be include for providing concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work including taking out old unsv earthing from existing location with complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnecting the unserviceable cable from the transformer /panel board, cutting off worn out and Supply, laying and testing in replacement cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core including reconnecting the cable from existing with complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for tiba sand for filling in trenches 8 cm below the UG Cable and 15 cm above the underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified. Note :- Punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

S&F sub class B bricks old size having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for bus bar chamber cubical inclined top out door type made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet of size minimum size 600 x 450 x 450 mm, MS angle section 35 x 35mm x 5mm frame with front and back openable double door with provision of locking arrangement dust & varmin proof , gasket, TPN busbar shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on proper insulator, gland, welding hinges of dust proof duly powder coated inside and outside of bus bar chamber with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel grey paint including aluminum busbar fixed horizontally in chamber of capacity 400 Amps for phases and 400 amps neutral for incoming and out going.(The gap between each bus bar should be minimum 100mm ) The panel shall be suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system (suitable for 01 incomer and 06 outgoing ) and shall have MCCB 250 Amp 4 pole 36 KA as incommer, including taking out existing unsv bus bar chamber of any size with complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note :- (i) Earth work,1:2:4 PCC work for foundation and MS works shall be included in the unit qouted rate . (ii) Cable gland of brass for different size of cable as per requirement for incoming and outgoing cable

Supply and installation, testing, commissioning Outdoor type feeder piller Box factory made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet , 415 Volt, 3 phase , 50 HZ supply factory made CPRI Approved, protection(IP -65) & MS angle section 40 x40x 5mm frame with front and back openable double door with provision of locking arrangement dust & varmin proof , gasket, TPN busbar shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on proper insulator, gland, welding hinges of dust proof duly powder coated inside and outside of panel with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel grey paint including taking out existing panel complete all as specifed and directed and consisting of the following equipments:-

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.5 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32X6 mm by means of electric arc welding of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other side complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI earthing and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.
