M & L for opening of sand media filter gate of STP-04 of size 1.2 meter dia 1.5 meter height after closing all inlet and outlet valves and removing old dirty sand media with old nut & bolt/gasket/washer from filter chamber and cleaning complete chamber, drying, preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint using spray gun and filling of new sand media as per standard procedure, fixing new old nut & bolt/gasket/washer etc complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix in replacement of pvc flexible 3 core, 2.5 sqmm copper cable heavy duty through or on pole connecting to cable looping box of street light fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs Multistranded flat Three Core PVC Insulated & PVC Sheathed Industrial Cable for Submersible Pump Motors 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 694 HSN CODE: 8544 of following sizes for STP-

(i) 2.5 Sq mm 3 core

(ii) 2.5 Sq mm 4 core

Supply and fix in repair , XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 50 sq. mm x 3.5 core laying in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying/taking out cable and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I. Note:- Punned thickness of sand only will be measured & paid

Supply and laying un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.
