CERAMIC GLAZED TILES Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete Protection wall upto 7 ft ht=70x6=420 sq ft Total qty =420 sq ft =39.01 sqm Qty:- 39.01Sqm

Providing and fixing office notice board 1 no of suitable size comprising rigid backing board/panel with suitable writing/display surface, enclosed/finished MS angle/box-section framework and necessary mounting brackets. MS frame shall be fabricated with properly welded corner joints, stiffeners and fixing plates. Frame shall be ground smooth, treated with anti-corrosive primer and finished with two coats of approved enamel paint. Board shall be securely anchored to masonry/structural surface using suitable fasteners, with proper level and alignment. Complete with all accessories, hardware, transportation and installation.

Water Tank/Septic Tank Cleaning, Desilting & Allied Works. Cleaning and desilting of existing underground/overhead water tank and/or septic tank, including opening of covers, pumping out accumulated water, sludge and deposited material using suitable pump/manual methods; removal of silt, sediment, organic deposits and accumulated waste from bottom and internal surfaces; scraping and cleaning of tank walls/floor; cleaning of inlet, outlet, overflow and associated connections; removal and safe disposal of sludge/debris at an approved disposal location. For water tanks, internal surfaces shall be thoroughly washed and disinfected/chlorinated before being returned to service. Covers shall be cleaned and refixed securely. For septic tanks, work shall include removal of accumulated sludge/scum and cleaning of accessible chambers, without damaging existing pipework or tank structure. Complete with labour, tools, pumps, hoses, PPE, transportation/disposal and all incidental works.

Protective Covers for Water Tank/Pump/Motor. Providing, fabricating and fixing protective enclosure/cover for existing water tank, pump, motor and allied water-supply equipment using MS angle/box-section framework and suitable MS sheet/expanded metal/mesh as required. Frame shall be adequately stiffened with cross members and gusset plates. Cover shall include hinged/openable access arrangement for maintenance and a heavy-duty locking provision. Ventilation openings shall be provided around motor/pump portions to prevent overheating. All fabricated steel shall be cleaned, welded, ground and treated with anti-corrosive primer followed by two finishing coats of enamel paint. Complete with anchor fasteners, hinges, handles, locking arrangement and installation.

Heavy-Duty Steel Storage Racks 4 nos. Providing, fabricating and fixing heavy-duty MS storage racks for office records/material. Rack shall generally comprise MS angle/box-section vertical posts and horizontal members with intermediate shelves at suitable spacing, with adequate bracing/stiffeners to prevent lateral movement. MS sections shall be of adequate thickness and load-bearing capacity, with welded joints continuously/adequately welded and ground smooth. Shelves shall be fabricated from MS sheet/angle-supported panels capable of carrying normal office-record loads without excessive deflection. Rack shall be provided with base plates/levelling supports and suitable wall/floor anchoring where required. Complete fabrication shall include cutting, drilling, welding, grinding, surface preparation, one coat of red-oxide/zinc-rich primer and two finishing coats of approved synthetic enamel paint

Outdoor MS Benches/Dustbins & Garden/Office Amenities. Providing and fixing outdoor MS benches 2nos and dustbins/miscellaneous amenities at designated locations 4 nos. Benches shall comprise suitable MS tubular/angle/box-section frame with adequate cross-bracing, legs and supports, with MS sheet/flat/wood/polymer seating surface as approved. Legs shall be provided with base plates and suitable anchoring to concrete/paved surface. Dustbins shall be of suitable capacity with rigid MS frame/body, removable/hinged container arrangement where required and corrosion-protective finish. All exposed MS surfaces shall be cleaned, mechanically prepared, primed and finished with two coats of exterior-grade enamel/approved protective coating. Includes complete fixing, levelling and site installation.
