Providing and laying Ductile Iron Double flanged pipes of class K9 (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal/Electrotherm) conforming to IS specification 8329/2000 and ISI marked suitable for flanged joints in good condition including transportation of D.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at UT of Puducherry, lowering to the trenches(or fixing in over head tanks above ground level) laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc.,complete all as per IS12288 and CPWD specification . (earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber insertion will be paid separately) -250mm dia.

Providing flanged joints to double flanged C.I./D.I. pipes and specials including necessary bolts, nuts, rubber insertion and testing of joints etc.,complete - 250mm diameter pipe.

Providing and fixing D.I. dismantling joint ISI marked, with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc.,complete -400 mm dia.

Supply DI D/F resilent vaccum tight buter fly valve 400 mm dia (Make VAG, AVK, Fources) suitable for bidirectinal flow with body and disc of ductile iron GGG40 Disk shall conform to double centric with specailly designed (Dove taoil shape) wedge fully rubber lined pressure EDPM of good quality W270. The shaft shall be connected to the dis by riveted and the valve shall be compatible for buried without chamber. The valves should be vaccum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions according to EN 593/IS5163, length shall be EN588-1 basis series 14/BS 5155 (long body) ISI 13095 and drilling to EN 1092-2/IS164418. All the valves shall be proected both sides, outside with epoxy power coating or epoxy liquid lacquer minimum 250 microns thickeness. All valves shall be compartrible for burried application without cahmber with procure rating PN 10/16 dia 400 mm dia (S.E's Lr.No.6069/PW/SE-II/AE(P)7/PP/2014-15/3201 dt.14-10-14
