GRIT BLASTING & PRIMER , INTERMEDIATE PAINTING : Supply of steel grits and paints, Grit blasting of surface profile SA2.5, primer of DFT 75 microns and intermediate painting of DFT 125 microns of CS pipe, fittings and supports/structural materials
PIPE SUPPORTS & STRUCTURAL WORKS: Supply of structral material, Marking, cutting, fit up, welding, Erection and alignment, supply of electrodes, welding, visual inspection, 10% DPT of pipe support, platforms, handrail, cover/shed for equipemnt/valves, safety baricadding and any other structral works
ERECTION: Erection of CS & SS pipe on trestle structure, & various building locations, outside piping above ground locations including erection of fiitings (elbow, tee, reducer, flange, etc) and valves
RT: Radiographic testing of welded joints, extent of examination as per drawing/techs specification including arrangments of man power, plant & machinery , tools & tackles, source, and consumables.
HYDRO TEST: Arrangement of water with quality as per techs spec, Hydrotesting of pipe, rework and retest at no extra cost if it doesnot meet requirement, Draining of pipe after hydrotest
FINAL PAINTING: Supply and application of final painting of DFT 50 microns on CS pipe, fittings, and support/strucutral materials
Scaffolding erection and dismantling: Erection and dismantling of scaffolding: Erection of scaffolding using standard MS pipes cross supports, MS clamps, for making approach/ working platforms and removal of the scaffolding , after the completion of work including arrangment of man power, plant & machinery , tools & tackles, consumables, and completion of work as per tender specification and drawings. Note: The base size (plan) & height of scaffolding erected shall be considered for the measurement. No inclined supports, lateral support bracing etc projected beyond base size shall be considered in measurement for payment.
Scaffolding hire: Hire charges for erected scaffolding as per approved documents. NOTE: Number of days for rent will be considered from the next day of completion of erection up to date of clearance (inclusive) from Engineer for dismantling.
Supply of sea water booster centrifugal pumps: Supply of sea water booster centrifugal pump along with NRV, Valves & associated fittings as per datasheet
Supply of drain pump: Supply, installation, commissioing of submersible (dewatering) pumps with 3 phase, 5HP power rating and minimum discharge head of 20 meteres and minimum dischgarge capacity of 400 LPM.
Supply of Valves: Supply of Butterfly and Non return valves of size 100 NB and 200 NB
Erection of static equipments (other than ODC) and Valves (MT): The work includes Receipt of materials from NPCIL stores, handling, transportation, uncrating, preparation of IMIR, depreservation, shifting, Making of staging, handling & installation in design position, erection of equipment and valves including accessories, alignment, fit up, welding, visulal inspection preparation and submission of reports and completion of work, including arrangment of plant & machinery , manpower , tools tackles & consumables ( except welding filler wire & welding electrode ) as per tender specification and drawings.
Erection of rotary equipments (other than specilized)(MT): The work includes Receipt of materials from NPCIL stores, handling, transportation, uncrating, preparation of IMIR, depreservation, shifting, pre erection survey of foundation bed, anchor pockets, Making of staging, Handling & installation in design position, erection of rotary equipment including accessories, initial alignment, providing packing, fixing anchor bolts, final alignment, shaft /coupling alignment, inspection preparation and submission of reports including arrangment of plant & machinery , manpower , tools tackles & consumables ( except welding filler wire & welding electrode ) completion of work as per tender specification and drawings.
Excavation in Hard rock: Excavation by mechanical means(hydraulic excavator)/manual means in hard rock by chiselling(blasting prohibited) for buried piping works, footing, tunnels, foundations, building area, valve chambers, pullpits, trench, etc., including shoring, strutitng, bailing/pumping water, leveling the bottom of excavation and stacking the excavated material at places as directed withing a lead of 2 kms as per drawing and specifications
Sand Filling: Supply and filling of crusher sand as per IS: 383 free of stones, spoils and rubbish material from approved area into trenches for specified depth including cost of sand, all royalties, taxes, loading, unloading transportation to site, stacking, spreading, watering, carefully compacting, dressing, removing the surplus material & preparation of sand bed and complete as per specification,providing required consumables, required man power, P&M, making reports as per the instructions and acceptance of EIC.
PCC: Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4, using 20 mm and down graded stone aggregate at all height including mechanical mixing, leveling, compaction, vibrating, finishing smooth the exposed surfaces of concrete, curing, etc complete as per drawings and standard specifications.
RCC: Providing and laying M30 design mix concrete with cement content upto 350kg/cum using 20mm and down graded stone aggregates, admixtures including mixing, ramming, compaction, leveling, curing, placing at all lifts, including scaffolding and finishing smooth all exposed faces complete as per specification
Reinforcement supply and placement: Supplying and placing in position High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) bars Fe 500D grade conforming to IS:1786 of various diameters for all RCC works at all locations and elevations, including cutting, bending, fixing, tying with 16 gauge soft annealed binding wire etc complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
Shuttering works: Supplying, fixing, erecting and removing formwork for normal / heavy concrete structures with film faced 12 mm thick densified plywood including preparation of scheme, submission of formwork design & drawing , scaffolding, centring, staging, working platforms for concrete placement, at all elevations and locations etc, complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
Dismantling of metal structures: Dismantling of existing metal structures, temporary support by gas cutting without disturbing / damaging adjacent structures, at all elevations including grinding, stacking and handing over of all useable materials to NPCIL's stores inside project area and disposal of balance surplus materials,submission of report and completion of work including arrangement of man power, plant & machinery , tools & tackles, scaffolding erection ,necessary consumables, electrodes, as per tender specifications.
Chipping of concreting: Dismantling/chipping of RCC including PCC, masonary works including cutting the reinforcement bars with required machineries, etc at all levels including required scaffolding, tools, labours, disposal of unserviceable materials upto a lead of 2 km
Core cutting on reinforced concrete : This includes Identification of marking , arranging & shifting necessary tools, tackles & machinery to required location , arrangement of water supply, drilling mounting hole , mounting & setting up machines, performing core cutting in reinforced concrete using diamond core drilling of various Diameter, removing & disposal debris & cleaning the area , inspection preparation and submission of report, including arrangment of all plant & machinery , manpower , tools tackles & consumables (unit of measurement is mm-mtr i.e.mm dia of hole and meter depth of hole) completion of work as per tender specification and drawings.
Supply, Hammer drilling & Fixing of Hilti anchor fasteners (HST-3, size upto M-12): Supply, Drilling , cleaning and fixing of Hilti anchor fasteners (HST-3) up to M-12 using hammer drilling in various buildings, at various locations & positions , this work includes identification of marking, shifting necessary tools , tackles to required location , performing drilling using hammer drilling machine on concrete (PCC & RCC) , performing cleaning and fixing of anchor fastener with required torque, cleaning the area, inspection, preparation of reports and submission for acceptance, including arrangment of plant & machinery , manpower , tools tackles & consumables ( Unit of measurement is Nos) completion of work as per tender specification and drawings.
Core drilling & Fixing of Hilti anchor fasteners (HSL-4G, size upto M24): Core Drilling , cleaning and fixing of anchor fasteners using diamond core drilling in various buildings , at various location & positions, this work includes Identification of marking , arranging & shifting necessary tools, tackles &machinery to required location , water supply, drilling mounting hole , mounting & setting up machines, performing core drilling usingdiamond core drill bit in reinforced concrete, cleaning of area, removing debris & cleaning the area and fixing of anchor fastener with required torque, cleaning the area, preparation of reports and submission and including arrangment of plant & machinery , manpower , tools tackles & consumables ( Unit of measurement is Nos) completion of work, as per tender specification and drawings.
