The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of the Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment will be made once irrespective of the duration of the scaffolding. Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including the pumping of concrete to the site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering. And finishing should be as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: In case the cement content in the design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have the discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

Providing and fixing Hollow metal fire-rated doors at all levels from ISO 9001-2000 certified Manufacturers. The fire door should be as per IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 and BS 476 part 2 or EN 1634. Recommended fire doors shall be tested and certified by a third-party evaluation program from an approved international agency like CERTIFIRE and labelled. Where third party evaluation is not required fire doors should be tested at CBRI or ARAI for maximum rating of 2hrs both with vision panel and without vision panel. Pressed Galvanized steel Single /Double leaf door of approved make shakti met-dor or its approved equivalent which consists of frame, shutter, infill and finish as detailed below and conforming to IS 277. All doors and frames shall be finished with polyurethane aliphatic grade paint of approved colour. The door leaf and frame shall have passed a minimum of 250 hours of salt spray test.
The door frame shall be a double rebate profile of size 143 x 57 mm made out of a 2mm (14 gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be Welded, all provisions should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Rubber door silencers should be provided on the striking jamb. Frames should be provided with a back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once the frame is installed should be grouted with cement & sand slurry necessary for fire doors on the clear masonry opening.
The door leaf shall be 48mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision lite. The door leaf shall be manufactured from a 1.6 mm (16 gauge) minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be mineral wool. All doors shall be factory-prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, surface-mounted electromagnetic locks and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For a pair of doors, astragals have to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. 200x300mm Vision lite wherever applicable should be provided as per the manufacturer's recommendation with bedding and screws from inside. The glass should be 6mm clear borosilicate fire-rated glass of relevant rating of the door. other Dorma Hardware alone will be paid Separetly
Providing and fixing factory-made uPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to the finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. After fixing the frame the gap between the frame and the adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weatherproof silicon sealant over a backer rod of the required size and of approved quality, all complete as per the approved drawing & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Wire mesh / Glazing of plain/ toughened/ laminated/ double glass unit with/without high-performance coatings as per design requirements and conforming to IS: 3548 & IS: 16231 shall be paid separately. Note:- Structural design proof checked from a Government Engineering Institute, to be provided by the manufacturer for : (i) Sites with basic wind speed > 45 m/sec as per IS 875 – Part 3 (ii) Sites with a structure height of more than 20m for all wind speeds. Using R3 series with frame (98mm & above) x (40mm & above) & sash (30mm & above) x (55mm & above) with zinc alloy (zamak) powder coated handle on two end panels along with multi-point locking system (Height upto 1.8 metre).
Filling the gap in between the aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/Stonework by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete.
Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @120 grams/ sqm, both sides inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at the middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners are to be suspended from the ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to the ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 12.5 mm thick square edge PVC Laminated Gypsum Tile of size 595x595 mm, made of Gypsum plasterboard, manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS 2095 part I and laminated with white 0.16mm thick fire retardant PVC film on the face side and 12micron metalized polyester on the back side with all edges sealed with the face side PVC film which goes around and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit.
Providing and fixing Gl Clip in Metal Ceiling System of 600x600 mm module which includes providing and fixing 'C' wall angle of size 20x30x20 mm made of 0.5 mm thick pre-painted steel along the perimeter of the room with help of nylon sleeves and wooden screws at 300 mm centre to centre, suspending the main C carrier of size 10x38x10 mm made of G.I steel 0.7 mm thick from the soffit with help of soffit cleat 37x27x25x1.6 mm, rawl plugs of size 38x12 mm and C carrier suspension clip and main carrier bracket at 1000 mm c/c. An inverted triangle-shaped Spring Tee having a height of 24 mm and a width of 34 mm made of Gl steel 0.45 mm thick is then fixed to the main C carrier and in the direction perpendicular to it at 600 mm centres with the help of suspension brackets. Wherever the main C carrier and spring T have to join, C carrier and spring T connectors have to be used. All sections are to be galvanized @ 120 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive), fixed with clip-in tiles into spring T with : GI Metal Ceiling Clip in plain Beveled edge global white color tiles of size 600x600 and 0.5 mm thick with 25 mm height, made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/ sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation.
Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I.wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board

Providing and laying waterproofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathrooms etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with waterproofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with waterproofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with waterproofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. (The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.)
Water Proofing: Supply and installation of one-component, moisture-curing, modified polyurethane-based masterseal HLM 5000-Seamless, elastomeric waterproofing membrane. Surface Preparation: the cleaning and preparation of the substrate to which the masterseal HLM 5000 is applied must be carried out thoroughly to leave a sound base for the application. any laitance present on the surface must be removed mechanically. Release oil and other contaminants which may impair adhesion must be removed prior to the application of primer. Proofing Membrane: Providing and applying masterseal HML 5000 a single-component polyurethane-based coating that cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to form a tough but flexible waterproofing membrane. it is an elastomeric, seamless waterproofing membrane applied in 2 coats to a DFT of 1.5 mm thick having an elongation capacity of over 600 % and with solid content more than 85% applied on the RCC surface including priming (if required), Crack filling, Covering, Ponding etc Complete. The material shall comply to - ASTM C836 National Std. of canada 37.58 - M86 by CGSB.
All surfaces to be waterproofed should be sound, clean and dry. Concrete surfaces should be free from dust, Oil and other contaminants. All high spots should be removed. Moss and lichen must be removed physically. After treatment wash down thoroughly with clean water and allow to dry. prewetting the surface and applying acrylic reinforced cementitious waterproofing coating masterseal 550, in two coats to achieve 1mm thickness. the material to be applied as per the manufacturer's technical data sheet. care should be taken to avoid damage to the membrane before providing the protective plaster. Core Packing: the pipes to be fixed should be filled in order to provide a proper bond and the same to be alligned by the respective agency. Minimum of 5mm allround gap to be provided between the pipes and the core. Provide shuttering below the core and providing and applying non shring cementitous grout masterflow 718 to total depth of the slab and allow the same to set.
