Dismantling R.C.C posts or struts . any section, including taking out concrete embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.Note Schedule of credit of scrap iron in kilogram for this item shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and same shall be enclosed with Final bill duly countersigned by GE. Note: This item is applicable for serial item no. 22.00 of Schedule'A' BoQ

Material and Labour for Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cu. m, in soft / loose soil and getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and consolidation , removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and making good distrubed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Mild steel work of Fe-290 Gde E -165 as in angle iron fencing posts & flat iron drilled and countersunk for boulders running bars,including embedding in concrete and scruing etc,post and struts in fencing including cutting, tops to shape as directed, bent to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc,flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) Including all necessary drilling,bolting or riveting etc.complete all as specified and shown on drawings. Note:- (i)The element of Fixing of round bars for chain link fencing is included in this item .Nothing shall extra be paid on this account ..complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) concrete work for embeding shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of Schedule'A' BoQ.

Supply only 10mm dia MS round bar for fixing of chain link fencing with post complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Fixing element of this item is included in serial item no. 5.00 here-in-before.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. ( Note :-(i) supply only Chain link for fencing will be measured and paid separately).(ii) The rate of binding wire for fixing of chain link fencing is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply only chain link fencing, galvanised mild steel of mesh of any size any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. . Note : The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be paid accordingly. BOO duly counter signed by GE shall be enclosed with final bill.

Supply & fixing Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note : Schedule of credit of scrap iron in kilogram for this item shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and same shall be enclosed with Final bill duly countersigned by GE.

Supply & fixing 4.00mm dia of Plain mild steel wire, galvanised class 3, in fencing including straining and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts and/or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note : Schedule of credit of scrap iron in kilogram for this item shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and same shall be enclosed with Final bill duly countersigned by GE.

Material and labour for Cement Concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 5 to 10mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Schedule of credit of scrap iron in kilogram for this item shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and same shall be enclosed with Final bill duly countersigned by GE.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling of interlocking tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc Laid dry or bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick PCC 1: 3: 6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates in floorings, foot paths, hard standing, plinth protection etc, including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour for factory made, machine pressed precast interlocking paver block 60 mm thick with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note: The labour element for laying of interlocking paver block on sand cushioning is included in this item and sand for cushiniong shall be measured and paid seperately as sypply only under respective item of this schedule.

Supply only Sand filling under interlocking paver blocks as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Cement Concrete 1:3:6 , Type- C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in kerb stone, copings, packing around interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ Burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

All as per serial item No. 20.00 here-in-before but except bricks and built in cement mortar 1:4. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from serial item No 18 here-in-before after cleaning shall be used under this item.The labour element of cleaning of old brick is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply and Fixing Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls and finishing the surface even & fair faces without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour for Precast Cement Concrete 1:2:4, Type-B0 , 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings and set in cement mortar 1: 4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note:(Pre cast frame shall be measured separately and paid under respective item of Schedule'A' BoQ.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls / pillars /cornices and applying two coats of cement base paint as per approved tint/colour over a coat of appropriate primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Concrete

Material & labour for Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for Cement Concrete 1 : 3 : 6 Type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in surface channel and drains all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge .

Material and Labour for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note:- Inner girth shall only be measured for payment. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Material and Labour for Cement Concrete 1 : 2 : 4 Type B-1 , using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any discription and in any position, including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate and including removing rubbish material from site and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:Schedule of credit of scrap iron for this item shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and same shall be enclosed with Final bill duly countersigned by GE.

Material and Labour for RCC 1:2:4 ,type B0 ,12.5 mm graded stone aggregate (Nominal Mix) as Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge . Note : Form work and Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of Schedule'A' BoQ.

Material and Labour for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour for TMT steel bars 6mm to 8mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour for Formwork to soffits and sides of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) on Rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes SGSW,AC or reinforced concrete pipe set in cement mortar up to and including 150 mm bore pipes all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 150mm bore Salt Glazed Stone Ware (SGSW) drain pipe, grade ‘A’, laid on concrete bed to required slope in trenches, jointing with packed spun yarn and in cement and sand mortar (1:1) and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Excavation , earrh work and concrete bed shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Schedule 'A' BOQ.

Material & labour for Concrete bed of Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates for 150mm dia Salt Glazed Stone Ware (SGSW) including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cutting into existing manholes/septic tank for connecting new drain upto 150mm internal dia, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round to 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of surplus ,excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M& L precast cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoins blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- Net contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of Sch of credit.
