Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate z sections and other sections conforming to Is: 733 and IS : 1285 of Jindal, Hindalco, Mahavir or equivalent make approved by Engineer in Charge, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC Plug/ neoprene felt etc. aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminum snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In- Charge. (Glazing and paneling to be paid for separately) :

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in paneling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-In-Charge. Prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on Both side.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC Plug/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item) (i) Float glass panes of 5 mm thickness

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture IS : 6315 marked, for doors including cost of cutting floors as required, embedding in floors and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece MS sheet outer box with slide plate and with stainless steel cover plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Stripping and stacking iron sheets of a roof including ridging, flashing, eaves boards gutters and down pipes. Gutters of Shed No.2 and Shed No.4

Structural steel work in M.S. Sheet 3.15mm thick including cutting, bending, welding and fixing etc with hoisting and erecting in position complete in all respects to the satisfaction of Er.-In-charge. equivalent to the item no. 18.3(a) of CSR

Applying priming coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface

Painting two or more coats with anticorrosive bitumastic Paint to give an even shade

Providing and Fixing ceiling consisting of 12.5mm thick Gypsum Board of any size G.I. Cradling hanged from the ceiling by means of G.I. Hanger as per the site requirement and to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge. In the offices of ASE/TGM
