Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling/ stone slab including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish of the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick coloured (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed as in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 400x400x7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) as in floors set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement including provision of screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wall cladding/ wall tiles glazed ceramic tiles joint free in vertical surfaces of size 350x250x7mm/ 450x300-350x7mm /300x200x6to7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick coloured (Square/ rectangular)dark shade joint free area of each tiles n exc 0.36 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed as in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick coloured (Square/ rectangular) dark shade joint free area of each tiles n exc 0.36 sqm in vertical surface such as in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters without taking off shutters from the frames) n exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.5 Sqm and n exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm each and n exc 2 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but n exc 2 Sqm each and refixing in the same opening after repairs, complete all as specified and directed.
