Labour for scraping, cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0 kg. of Bitumen for 10 sqm & laying 37.5 mm thick B.U.S.G in one layer using 0.45cum 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with lifts and lifts transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of kms spreading grading to required slope and compacting as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Earthwork for excavation of foundation in all kinds of hard soil with all lead and lift complete as per the direction of engineer - in - charge .

Filling foundation & Plinth with sand well watered & rammed including cost , Conveyance , royalty & taxes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete M15 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of size 40mm down graded mixed in batching and mixing plant including cost of all materials, machineries and labour and transportation of mixed concrete within initial lead of 1km by mechanical means and laying in dams, barrages, power house and pen stock with all lifts/delifts upto 1.5m height above average ground level as per direction of Engineer-in-Incharge. P.C.C. work of M20 grade with 12mm. to 20mm H.G. (C.B) chips including hoisting, & laying concrete & watering

Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP-63:2018.

Providing Labour for laying sub-base in layers not exceeding 100mm watering and compacting to the required density in O.M.C with PRR including cost, carriage, conveyance and royalty of moorum etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with emulson on prepared surface of granual base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per cluse 502 of Mosrt&H specifications for road works Spreading of bituminous primer coat over the granular base course @ 7.80kg / 10sqm area as per specification.

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and / or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment.

Providing and applying tack coat over existing bitumenious surface with 60/70 penetration grade bitumen using bitumen pressure distributer @ 0.20kg./sqm including all cost, carriage, and taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen,transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with senser control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Supplying & Fixing Guard posts as per direction of Engineer in charge. including cost, conveyance of all materials as per specification.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and MORD technical Specification Clause 1703 as per direction of the Engineer in charge (a) Ordinary Kilometer stone

(b) 200 m stone (precast)

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC-67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminum sheeting, 2.00mm thick or A.C.P. (Aluminum composite panel) used for sign boards with a thermoplastic core of low density polythylene (LDPE) between two thick sheets of aluminum with over all thickness of 4mm and aluminum thickness of 0.5mm on both sides supported on mild steel angle post 75m x 75mm x 6mm, 2 nos firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 75cm, 60 cm belowground level as per approved drawing including cost, convayance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P, excavation, curing etc. complete, under supervision of E.I.C.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised, cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC-67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminum sheeting, 1.5mm thick or A.C.P. (Aluminum composite panel) used for sign boards with a thermoplastic core of low density polythylene (LDPE) between two thick sheets of aluminum with over all thickness of 3 mm and aluminum thickness of 0.3mm on both sides supported on mild steel angle post 75m x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 75cm, 60 cm belowground level as per approved drawing including cost, convayance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P, excavation, curing etc. complete, under supervision of E.I.C.
