M & L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-22mm thick (minimum size 55 cms x 55 cms) over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, mirror polishing with granite finish including 15mm of screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Prepolished Kota stone to be used for tread/riser in a single piece. 3 Nos of Grooves & nosing provided for tread rates for the same included in quoted by contractor.

M & L granite (Jet Black) work 16 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:6 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including rounding to edges & including 15mm of screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L in repair for steel/Iron work as in roof truss /doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, iron sheets for cupboard etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (including of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290(Grade-165) and including preparing new surface of steel of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete. Note : Rates of dismantling are included in quoted rates.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to brick/ concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement as specified below complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Taking down cement/cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc (b) 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as specified surfaces. M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to brick/ concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement as specified below complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Taking down cement/cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc (b) 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as specified surfaces. (c) Contractor will informed to Engr in Charge & GE for site inspection after preparation of newly plastered surface, one coat alkali resistant primer and one coat of average 2mm thick waterproof wall care putty. (d) Applying two coats of cement base paint as desired colour.

M&L, 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces as on ceilings finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying three coats of white wash to new surfaces including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixed chicken wire mesh 22 gauge of size not less than 20X20mm with rustfree nails complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for applying bond coat on the prepared old surface of concrete/masonry to receive new polymer mortar/polymer modified mortar or micro concrete with two coats as per manufacturer specifications. Laying of reinstatement polymer mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. This bond coat act as bonding agent between old and new concrete. Note : The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through Site Order.

M&L for preparation and applying two coats of exterior emusion paint (light shade) with highlighter of any approved shade @ 5 sqm/ltr/2 coats by using roller to external wall/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/ cantilevers/ balcony etc surfaces over and including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sqm/ltr/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion and brands complete all as specified and directed.
