SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B&R WORKS)

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel angle posts, struts and similar primary members for chain link fencing, including cutting to length, drilling holes, notching, welding/bolting, erection in position, alignment and fixing complete, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC coated chain link fencing, coloured, fabricated from 3.50 mm dia galvanised steel wire (core), machine-made with mesh size 75 mm × 75 mm, fixed to already erected GI/MS posts/frames, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: MS round bars, MS flats, nuts and bolts used for holding/fixing the mesh shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items as ‘Supply only’. Labour element for fixing these items shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item.

Supply only mild steel round bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length and bent to shape as required, complete all as specified and directed

Supply only mild steel screw bolts (machine made), 12 mm dia, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 10 cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel flat iron fillets to be used as secondary members for chain link fencing, supplied in fully fabricated condition, duly cut to length, drilled and countersunk, bent to the required shape, etc., complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparing new or previously untreated Steel and Iron Surfaces in fencing, gates etc, of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint over a Red Oxide Primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly-ash bricks (with old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on external surfaces of brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces finished even and fair upto 4 storey height including necessary scaffloding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (anti-dust & anti-algae), tinted to approved shade, over one coat of suitable exterior primer, on new wall surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, up to 4 storey height, including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangements, complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (ELECTRIFICATION WORKS)

M&L for concealed point wiring with 1100 Volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH multi-stranded single core copper conductor cable for phase and neutral and 1100 Volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH multi-stranded single core copper conductor cable (green colour) as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 19/20 mm dia, medium grade, ISI marked, with all conduit accessories, laid partly concealed and partly on surface, including necessary cutting of chases, grouting and making good in cement mortar 1:3, providing and fixing sunk GI terminal box (minimum 1.2 mm thick) of suitable size for mounting modular type switches/sockets/fan regulators, etc., with earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, for one modular type light / bell / ceiling fan / exhaust fan point controlled by one one-way switch, using 1.5 sqmm cable for phase and neutral, complete all as specified and directed. NOTES :- (i) Where tube light fittings are to be suspended, CI circular boxes shall be provided in the ceiling along with PVC conduit and the quoted rate shall be deemed to include the same. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of sunk GI terminal box. Modular cover plate and frame shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Cost of cutting chases for concealed wiring and making good surfaces with cement plaster and putty shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. No separate claim shall be entertained.

S&F Modular Switch 1 way 6 A, 1 module complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F track mounted LED light system to provide focussed light including necessary electric connection from ceiling junction/terminal box to track through suitable size copper wire and power feed connector, complete all as specified and directed, comprising of the following accessories :- (i) 10 Watt COB LED luminaire in Pressure Die-cast aluminium housing (heat sink) with powder coated white finish with driver, (ii) One metre long track, single phase, white colour (iii) L Shape Connector, white colour (iv) Any other accesory required for satisfactory installation of the track light.

M&L for concealed sub-main wiring with two runs of FRLS-H PVC insulated and unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable of nominal cross-sectional area 10.0 sqmm as phase and neutral and one run of FRLS-H PVC insulated and unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable of nominal cross-sectional area 10.0 sqmm as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit, medium grade, of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed. NOTES :- (1) Three runs of single core 10.0 sqmm cable along with one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length. (2) Cost of cutting chases for concealed wiring shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. No separate claim shall be entertained. (3) After completion of wiring, chases shall be filled and finished with cement mortar 1:6 and made flush with adjacent surfaces and finished even and smooth with white wall putty. The quoted rate shall be deemed to include this work and no separate claim shall be entertained.

-ditto- but concealed type sub main wiring with 2 runs of 06 sqmm phase wire and 1 run of 06 sqmm neutral wire (Three runs of single core 6.0 sqmm cable along with one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length)

S&F Metallic DB, VTPN, 4 way, vertical type, IP 43 protection, double door, 415 volts with provision for MCCB as incomer and MCB as outgoing, incl blanking plates for any vacant slots after fixing of MCBs, and connecting up complete all as specified and directed NOTE :- Incoming MCCB/RCCB/MCB and outgoing MCBs shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F Metallic DB, TPN, IP 43 protection, double door, 415 volts, 4 way (8+12), with 100 Amps copper bus bar for each phase, incl blanking plates for any vacant slots after fixing of MCBs, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Incoming MCCB/RCCB/MCB and outgoing MCBs shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F MCCB, 4 pole, 100 Amps, 25 kA, 415 Volts, AC, 50 Hz with adjustable thermal and magnetic setting, fixed in DB complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB, 'B' Curve, TPN, 63 Amps, breaking capacity 10KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB, 'B' Curve, SPN, 40 Amps, breaking capacity 10KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB, 'B' Curve, single pole, 6 to 32 Amps, breaking capacity 10KA complete all as specified and directed.
