Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

M & L 10mm thick rendering in cement mortor 1:6 on fair faces of brick work and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement as specified.

Materials and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, at any height with ensuring safety measures complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Material & Labour for preparation of new surfaces of plastered walls and applying two coat of 100 % Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint in irregular shaped camouflage type/pattern with different tint (as approved by GE) over and including a coat of primer over and including a coat of 1.5 mm thick white wall care putty (premium quality) over plastered surfaces of walls to prepare the surface even and smooth, at any height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered/putty wall surfaces and applying two coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over and including a coat of wall care putty (1.5 mm thick) complete all as specified and as directed.
