Hose adding & MS pipe fitting in the turbine pump as the water level changes with successive day

Doing the above mentioned jobs for other three pumps

Changing the hose pipe of the turbine pump in case of hose pipe breakdown

Bringing of 3 nos poles and 20 nos MS pipes from different colliery to Jambad OCP for the work

Domestic pump of quarry suction pipe flexible pipe changing as the existing pipes have got damaged for 02 nos pumps

Digging of trench at the haul road going towards upper bench and then laying of MS pipes to act as casing for heliflex hoses of submersible pump. Making of total 03 nos of such delivery case

Removing of old delivery range casing made of 6" MS pipes from the above said haul road that was laid down earlier and is now redundent, so the MS pipes will be used in thye lower bench

Fitting of submersible pump motor set and pontoon for the new sump at coal face for pump no. 1

Installation of submersible pump motor pipeline, suction & delivery range and fitting of foot valve

Doing the same job for 2nd and 3rd pump in succession one after the other

Before joining of the pipeline, fitting of flange and welding of flanges in the pipes

Again as the water recedes, shifting of bothn the submersible pumps from the 2nd location to the 3rd location along with pontoon and valves after dismantling from the old location

Maintenance of the delivery pipelines for the nest couple of weeks

Non return valve and foot valve changing turbine pump after taking repaired valves from fitter store to site

Working on the maintenance of domestic pumps both supplying to Porascole Colony and Jambad OCP colony for the upcoming months

Lifting of motor or/and pump in case there is fault in the motor in the coming months, then necessary on site repairing and lowering of the pump

Delivery pipeline repairing in the highwalls

Bringing MS pipes from Area store about 55 nos in three stages

Bringing old and used seamless pipes from JUG about 15 nos for use in JOCP
