220 KV SUBSTATION MANDOLA

SHIFTING & ERECTION WORK OF NEW 60 MVA TRANSFORMER AT 220 KV SUB-STATION MANDOLA VIHAR

Shifting of New 60 MVA, 220/33 KV from existing place to plinth up to 20 Mtr. distance including turning to tank if required, including all T & P and work required to complete the job satisfactorily.

Additional shifting 10 Mtr. @ 05 mtr Per job

Complete erection of 60 MVA T/F by erection of radiators, conservator tank, all bushing, their turrets connecting all pipe line, cooling fans, motor driver mechanism of tap changer, RTCC panels, oil pumps and associated oil pipe lines etc. to complete the job satisfactory including first filing of oil the topping of Transformer oil (Not circulation) in tank, radiators, oil pipe lines, conservator tank etc. and other associated works for satisfactorily completion of work. No department crane/ T & P shall be provided.

Filling of fresh Transformer oil from Transformer oil drum in suitable oil tanker and then centrifuging of the oil by Ultra High Vacuum oil filtration plant after connecting the centrifuging pipe with oil tanker to oil filtration plant including taking the BDV value of oil periodically till the required value is achieved and creating the vacuum inside new 60MVA, 220/33KV Transformer before filling the Transformer oil including vacuum stand test with all cost of centrifuging machine CFM Operator etc.

Centrifuging/Dehydration of complete T/F oil in T/F by connecting centrifuging pipes circulating the T/F oil through centrifuging machine to be provided by the contractor and taking the BDV value of the oil periodically till the required value is achieved as per direction of supervising engineer. The work includes all the work related to centrifuging the oil and filling the oil in T/F and tank.

Earthing of T/F body, MB & DM box, OLTC, RTCC at two points using 75x10/50x6mm M.S. flat and 40 mm M.S. rod after making 04 Mtr delta formation with 06 Mtr long 06 nos. of electrodes.

Connecting of control cables from C & R panel to 60 MVA Transformer with laying of cable and termination in between WTI, OTI, Buchholz relay, OSR relay, PRV, cooling fans, pumps, OLTC, marshaling box, RTCC panel etc. with proper ferruling as per drawing.

REPLACEMENT OF 33KV JACK BUS OF 60 MVA TRANSFORMER-I BY TWIN ZEBRA CONDUCTOR AND ERECTION OF LIGHTING ARRESTOR, 33KV VCB

Dismantling of damaged and existing 33 KV Jack Bus Bar of 60 MVA Transformer Ist bay of Double ACSR Zebra Conductor approx 36 meter, dismantle all hardware fitting including dismentalling of jumpers from LA, CT & bushing of old jack Bus at 220 KV Substation Mandola Vihar(01 Phase = 01 Nos.)

Stringing of 33 KV Jack Bus-Bar of 60 MVA T/F -Ist bay approx 36 meter, with ACSR Twin Zebra Conductor using, bolted tension fitting and fixing of ACSR Zebra to Zebra spacers as per requirement / instruction of SDO/JE .

Jumpering of 220 KV LA & Bushings from 220KV CT etc by using different clamp, work also involve cutting of jumpers from conductor drum and shifting to work site.

Jumpering of 33 KV Jack Bus to various equipment such as Bushing , LA, CT, etc by using different clamp and spacers etc. work also involve cutting of jumpers from conductor drum and shifting to work site.

Erection of 33 KV Circuit Breaker of 60 MVA T/F –Ist with the help of hydra /crane work including wiring and proper operation from remote and local of VCB work, earthing of Breaker and other miscellaneous work required for work like jumpering of breaker etc.

Dismantling of 220KV damaged Lighting Arrestor of Y & B Phase of 60 MVA Transformer Bay and Replacement with New Lighting Arrestor , work include Replacement of Surge Counter and other Misc. work like earthing etc.

Erection of ALP structure & Replacement of damaged Lighting Arrestor suitable for 220/33KV, 60MVA Transformer-I LV side.
