Supply,installation,commisioning & testing of single phase dual mode, smart prepayment meter including suitable box with the following specifications: Single Phase Smart Pre Payment Meter( 05-60 Amps) wall mounted type defined by Central Electricity Authority of India compliance with IS-16444, in built GPRS for automatic meter monitoring system and should have in built relay so that it can remotly ON/OFF the meter through Mobile App or Web application from any place in the word including transparent enclosure with the following specifications:- Make:- L&T/Secure Meters/HPL (i) AC Single Phase Two Wire, Tamper Proof, Static Meter of Class 1.0, 240 V, 50 Hz, 5-60A anti-tamper features. (ii) Meter Should support the following data : 30 min instantaneous data for voltage, current, power factor, power, cumulative energy, cumulative apparent energy and frequency. (iii) Meter should have connect / disconnect functionality operatable from prepaid billing software, over current & tamper. Provn for (i) Consumer and Meter Management Module (Maping for 70 to 300 meters) The Consumer and meter management module would be resposible for creating and managing the consumer information. System should be capable to add/remove the consumers triggered through transfers/service completion of the employees. The module shall be capable of supporting following applications. a. Consumer attributes update triggered through authenticated channel b. Replacement and updation of the defective meters c. Sanctioned load/demand update on requests through authenticated channel d. Record keeping of the meters (ii) Tariff management module The Tariff management module shall be capable of keeping up the latest tariffs consumer category wise. It will also be able to manage the revisions in existing tariffs against the government orders, System should be capable to define and manage the tariffs for both mains and auxiliary supplies. The module shall also be capable to add/update the existing tariff category and respective tariffs. (iii) Occupation and Vacation Module - The system should be capable of support the occupation and vacation of the officers as well as of other private consumers in the system. (iv) Consumer App:-- The occupant officers/ consumers should be able to view energy data and billing data on mobile application android and IOS Apps.
