Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cable/foundation of street light pole etc getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item no.01 here-in-before for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling,watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25mm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for removing surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to cable with layer of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth after laying the cable,and punned down to 10 cm complete all as specified and as directed.. Note : Only punned depth of sand will be measured and paid.

M&L for laying bricks, sub class 'B' well burnt bricks, laid dry flat in trenches perpendicular to rirection of cable for protection of cable with a maximum gap of 10 mm between two consecutive bricks over LT cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-1 1: 2 :4 using 20 mm graded stone agregrate as in foundations,filling and mass concrete,coping of poles including necessary form work complete all as specifies and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type C2 1: 3 : 6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregrate as in foundations ,filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specifies and directed.

Supply and erecting in true vartical position steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-55 (11 meter long) complete with CI base plate pole cap,finial taper plug,bolts, nuts, washers etc including applying painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The portion above coping shall be painted in alternative bands of blue & white colours starting with blue colour (each band of 30 Cm wide) by two coats of Synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5 meter height and the cost of same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Supply and fixing in replacement of old unsv Street light controller of any type into 3 phase Swadeep 66 Series of Max load 8 KW (32 Amps/Phase) Model SWADEEP-66-8KW3Pwith contactor, Incoming MCB & Outgoing MCB rating of 20-25 Amps & main load circuit wiring (copper) of min size 10 Sqmm. The Automatic street light control switch using Infrared sensor based NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on natural light lux level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is ≤30 Lux and for switching OFF ≥Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of minimum 4 hrs to max 12 hrs. M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortor 1:6 and surface finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.
