Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Debris shall be removed outside MD land

Material & Labour for renderuing in CM 1 : 4 (10+5)=15mm thickness on brick/cement/stone surfaces and finishes the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement including mixing with liquid WPC on top 5mm thick only Note :- Water proofing compound will be paid separately

S&F Steel rolling shutters, with ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer;erected in position as indicated,complete:but gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle thickness of lathe 1.25mm incl taking down old rolling shutter.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of capacity exc 500 & n exc 1000 ltr

Supply & Fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, for 1000 ltrs capacity.

Taking down broken old Aluminium windows of any size and any description.

Material and labour for point wiring complete as specified with 1100 V grade 1.5 Sqmm two runs of single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLS grade, conforming to relevant IS, drawn through and including stove enamelled conduit with all accessories fixed on surfaces of wall, ceiling, including sunk pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet fixed on walls with 3 mm thick laminated Hylem sheet top cover fixed with brass screws for housing switches, socket, regulator etc including one run of 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable FRLS grade as earth continuity wire connected to common earth and earth dolly including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following:-

All as per item No 1 here in above but for One 5 pin switch socket outlet 5 Amps on independent board controlled by one switch.

Material and Labour for sub main wiring with single core 1100 V grade conforming to relevant IS, PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cables two run of 6 Sq mm multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including 25/32mm mm dia stove enamelled conduit incl all accessories fixed on walls/roof/floors/ceiling etc with an earth wire of one run 6 sqmm copper wire earth continuity conductor connecting to existing main switch board \ Distribution Board and testing on completion etc all as specified and directed. Note : Three runs of 6 sqmm cable and one run of stove enamelleed conduit 25/32mm dia shall be measured as one run.

Schedule 'A' Part II - EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core

Supply and fix Hot dip Galvanized Perforated cable tray of 14 SWG ,size 50 mm (h) x 100 mm (w) complete with nuts bolts washers and all accessories for mounting and supporting the cable tray system complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix of coupler for Raceway of 100 mm width complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cross arms bracing, supports, clamp and black plate fabricated for structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size .

M & L for GI tubing (light grade) with all fittings,laid in trenches, or fixed along with walls /poles,bore of pipe 50mm for cable protection.

Supply & fixing Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron/MS base plate,finial taper pug,bolts, nuts & srews as specified type 410 SP-22 (9 mtr long) including one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint on external surface above column /PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bitumenuous paint internally and externally for portion embeded in PCC including taking out old damaged pole of any size all as specified and directed.

S&F Edge plus LED 60 W Pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame of IP 66 protection with all connected fixing arrangement Complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Low density polyethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 ( HDPE) of size 20 mm bore having pressure rating 6kgf/sqcm. (for street light cable protection)

Supply and fix GI bracket of 40 mm dia 1.5 Mtr long light grade pipe made to shape complete.

Supply and fix cross arms, bracing, supports clamps and back plates fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of paint

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth getting out in hard/dense soil

Excavation in tranches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth getting out soft disintegrated rock

All as per Ser item No 9 here-in-before but each additional for 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5m.
