M&L 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheet in roof, walls etc fixed with `L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement two piece, adjustable serrated ridge for corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with `L' type or `J' type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

S&F 0.56mm thick plain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling in filltes, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc under 40 Sqcm in section all as directed.

M&L for Second class hardwood in scantlings, clean sawn timber, framed and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

S&F Rolled mild steel work, Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250), quality-A as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets all as directed

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid of size 605x605mm framework for false ceiling with hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs using ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including 4mm thick non-asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed to the aluminium framework as in ceiling (flat or sloped) with the screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel, or R.C.C) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good distrub ground complete all as directed.

S&F Mild steel angle as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh, chain link fencing etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1: 4: 8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass- concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, chain link fencing, welded mesh, any type complete all as directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing made using 3.15mm dia wire, having the size of mesh 100mm x 100mm, fixed to angle iron post using straining bolt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including tightening complete all as specified.

M&L Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs mild steel screw bolts (machin made) 11mm to 15 mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other,or screwed both ends,each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long

Demolition of plain cement concrete as in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level (unreinforced concrete) including disposing of debris off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick; Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) 1:2:4 Type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in top layer of the floor, pavings etc., including finishing the surface by spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick; PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in plinth protection, including finishing the surface by spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green and making saucer drain complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks having a minimum compressive strength of 75 kg/cm. sq, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built-in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L (10+5) mm thick for rendering fair faces of brick work or Concrete surface in two coats 10mm thick in CM(1:6) as under coat 5mm thick CM (1:4) as finishing coat in two separate layer mixed with integral waterproofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compund shall be measured and paied seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali-resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk white primer complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The amount against the Schedule of Credit mentioned in the tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
