Scope of work shall also cover Defects Liability Period of 2 years, 10 Years for operation & routine maintenance and 8 years AICMC of E&M (MEP) Works, 3 years AICMC for IT Works, 5 years AICMC for AS Works after DLP of 2 years. | |||||
