Supply, Install, test and commissioning of micro processor controller suitable for Central AC plant of capacity 48 TR to operate 04 Nos of scroll compressor units complete with duly prewired and all control components such as HP/LP control, Control display, Touch operation control, Condenser fan control etc as per the existing / updated version/ model including all connected miscellaneous accessories/ connectors required at site and testing after completion including taking down old unserviceable micro control panel board of any capacity and type in any position carefully all as specified and as directed. (Make- Blue Star, Model No : XACZYS-048TR or equvalent in Voltas/Carrier)

Supply, install, test and comissioning Scroll Compressor of capacity 12 TR, Thermally Protected System operating on 3 phase 415 V, 50Hz, 35 Amps (Max), connected to the existing piping network by cutting, brazing including addition/alteration required at site and connected with suitable gauge copper conductor wire and necessary control cabling work as required at site and testing including taking down old unserviceable Scroll Compresser of any capacity in any position/location carefully after disconnecting electrical connections and refrigerating piping (Suction & Delivery) all as specified and as directed. Note : (1) Quoted rate is deemed to be included for necessary electrical connections with suitable size copper conductor wire and associated works required at site to make the system functional. (2) Rate quoted is deemed to be included for cutting the existing pipe and brazing, leakage test, addition & alteration works required at site and testing commissioning after completion. (3) The existing make & Model of compressor are - Danfoss & SM185S4RC (4) The contractor shall visit the site and see the conditions of the Chillers before quoting the tender. (5) The contractor shall carry out general servicing by OEM to the chiller units including replacement of minor spares if required, filling of non CFC gas as per OEM recomendation including leakage testing before commissioning of plant. (6) Refrigerent charging will be measured and paid seperatly under relevant item.

Supply and Fixing of PUF insulation not less than 50 mm thick of density 45 Kg/Cum including 26 gauge aluminium cladding complete after removing off old existing insulation complete and preparation of old existing MS pipe line of size 150 mm dia by applying suitable primer coat and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Supreme/Armacell/K-FLEX

Supply and Fixing of PUF insulation not less than 50 mm thick of density 45 Kg/Cum including 26 gauge aluminium cladding complete after removing off old existing insulation complete and preparation of old existing MS pipe line of size 100 mm dia by applying suitable primer coat and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix 3 way valve of sizes 80 mm dia with electric motorised actuator and inbuilt thermostat suitable for AC chilled water line control including suitable electric cable connections and control arrangements including taking down old unserviceable Actuator and inbuilt thermostat complete carefully after disconnection of control wiring comlete all as specified and directed. Make : Danfoss/ Emerson/ ABB/ Honey well/ Siemens

Supply and fix Cl butterfly valve of size 100 mm dia PN1.6 both side flanged and drilled, ISI marked including taking down old unserviceable butterfly valve complete all as specified and directed. Make : Kirloskar/ AUDCO/L&T/UPADHYAY.

Supply, fix and testing Power Contactor 3 Pole 415 V AC 50 Amps and including connecting both sides of Power Contactor (incoming and outgoing) with suitable size of copper lugs including taking down old unserviceable power contactor of any capacity after disconnection of all electric/ control wiring carefully completed all as specified and directed. Make : SIEMENS/ L&T/ LEGRAND/ SCHNEIDER

Supply and fix Condenser fan motor of capacity 370 Watts operating on 3 phase 440 V AC 50 HZ and connected with suitable size copper conductor cable from contactor to motor suitable for 48 TR chiller plant and testing after completion including taking down old unserviceable condenser fan motor in any position after disconnection of all electrical connections all as specified and as directed. MAKE : HINDUSTAN/ GE/ USHA.

Supply and fix U-PVC drain pipe of size 40 mm dia sch-40 as per ASTM D 1785 ISI marked with all types of fittings like bends, tee, (equal and unequal) etc., fixed on walls, floors, ceiling suitable size clamps, wrapped with foam type insulation complete including dismantling old unserviceable drain pipe of any type and size all as specified and as directed. Make : Finolex / Supreme/Prince.

Supply and fix U-PVC drain pipe of size 20 mm dia sch-40 as per ASTM D 1785 ISI marked with all types of fittings like bends, tee, (equal and unequal) etc., fixed on walls, floors, ceiling suitable size clamps, wrapped with foam type insulation complete including dismantling old unserviceable drain pipe of any type and size all as specified and as directed. Make : Finolex / Supreme/ Prince.

Supply and fix new Chilled water Fan Coil Unit Capacity 1.50 TR indoor type complete with all accessories like Chilled water Cooling Coil, Blower motor complete connection with chilled water inlets and outlets, electric control selonoid valve, manual butterfly valve, control switch, drain tray etc and connected with power cable from Chilled water fan coil unit to regulator complete with following specifications including dismantling of old unserviceable indoor fan coil unit capacity 1.5 TR after carefully dismantling of false ceiling (Grid Type), without damaging the other equipments after disconnection of all electric connections and chilled water connection (inlets/outlets) all as specified complete. Supply and fix Chilled water Fan Coil Unit Capacity 2.50 TR complete with all accessories like Chilled water Cooling Coil, Blower motor complete connection with chilled water inlets and outlets, electric control solenoid valve, manual butterfly valve, control switch, drain tray etc and connected with power cable from Chilled water fan coil unit to regulator complete with following specifications including dismantling of old unserviceable indoor fan coil unit capacity 2.5 TR after carefully dismantling of false ceiling (Grid Type), without damaging and other equipments after disconnection of all electric connections and chilled water connection (inlets/outlets) complete all as specified and directed. Supply and Fix Regulator Control Switch for Fan Coil Unit capacity of 1.50 / 2.50 TR. (ON, OFF & SPEED) including dismantling old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. MAKE : SIEMENS/L&T/SCHNEIDER .

Supply and fix pressure gauge suitable for chilled water/condenser water line of range 0-10 kg cm2, 100 mm dia pressure gauge with 3/8" nipple, with suitable MS Box weather proof casing including dismantling of old unserviceable Water Pressure gauge any type and capacity complete all as specified and directed . MAKE : SCIENTIFIC/ H-GUARD/ GSE.

Supply and filling of refrigerent gas R-407A/R-22 complete all as specified and directed. MAKE : FLORON/ MAFRON/METTRON

Material and Labour for carry out the leak test for complete refrigeration system by charging the dry nitrogen gas & hold up to 24 hrs and rectifying the leakage if any in the system and incluidng welding/brazing of MS pipe line or in the AC plant any other system complete and incl replacing the 'O' ring/rubber washers etc., complete.

Supply and fixing exposed anodized aluminium snap grid as in frame work for false ceiling size of grid 605 x 605 mm with 6mm dia GI adjusting rod upto 600mm length fixed to purlin/rafters by means of ceiling cleats/ fastners with GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long with 12 mm thick Gypsum board in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturer's instructions including dismantling of old U/S false ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
