SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS

Construction of RCC septic tank for 50 user with upflow filter designed to carry sewage and sludge water, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 design Mix in walls, Base Slab, Baffle walls and roof slab including beams etc with vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection etc, complete with effective depth of 1.5 metre and overall depth of 3 metre, complete all as specified and directed.

LLDPE septic drainage tank with upflow filter including media designed to carry sewage and sludge water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent shaft, connection etc, complete for 25 users LLDPE tank (commercial grade) as per manufacturer's instructions of Make sintex/polywell/Rotex/Polycon, complete all as specified.

Construction of Soakage well including excavation and earth work, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 wall of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-30 (Design mix) concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 3.6 M dia x 4.5 M effective depth (Ref TD ND CESZ/TD-1078/2011) complete all as specified.

Construction of Soakage well including excavation and earth work, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 wall of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-30 (Design mix) concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 3.0 M dia x 4.5 M effective depth (Ref TD ND CESZ/TD-1078/2011) complete all as specified.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified. Notes: (i) Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Measurement shall be taken only after punning down sand cushioning.

Supply and laying brick common burnt sub class ‘B’ old size for protection of cable laid in trenches laid flat for underground cable all as specified. Note:-Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid for separately.

Supplying, transporting to site, erecting and fixing in position, 11 mtr long and type 410 SP-55 steel tubular swaged and welded poles, ISI marked with with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers & screws etc as specified complete, including painting outside with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat or red oxide primer on exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on steel surface embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC HT cable route indicators of size 300 x 500 x 40mm duly embossed HT cable/LT cable including PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.25 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth electrode GI strip 25 x 4 mm dia connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron light grade 40mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore medium grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with 40mm thick RCC cover in M-30 (Design Mix) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 6mm with lugs 02 Nos and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR (Part-1)of 2009. all as specified. Notes:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.

Earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtrs below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, check nuts, washers of GI or steel, including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), with fair finish. Internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge of (0.68mm) 8 mesh per liner inch, 80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 15mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe, and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point /transformer neutral/body/ LT panel etc. and testing on completion, complete all as specified & directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include cost of 7.5 m long galvanised wire 4 mm dia and protection pipe 15 mm bore medium grade GI light grade 20 mm bore watering pipe. (ii) On testing after compeltion if the desired resistance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department all as specified

Platform for transformer of size 2500 x 2000 x 1200 mm (1.2 m above ground level) with block construction in cement motar 1:4 PCC M-10 (nominal mix) in floor, brick step on one side including fixing XPM jalli all around on angle iron 50 x 50x 6mm post and gate openable type with locking arrangement and top roof shed including earth work in any type of soil. Metal work to be painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete at as specified.

Supply, installing, testing & commissioning of CPRI approved LT panel board, outdoor type, cubical, dust and vermin proof made out of 3.15 mm thickness MS sheet with front and back door openable type fitted with nuts, bolts and washers fitted with knobs and hinges and air vents including painting with two coats of enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer, suitable for 415 V , 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire suitable for and including the following (Distribution panel No-01) :- (a) MCCB FP 125 Amps 36 KA- 01 No (Incoming) (b) MCB DP 32Amps - 02 Nos (c) MCCB FP 32 Amps 16 KA - 01 No (d) MCCB FP 25 Amps 16 KA - 01 No (e) Digital voltmeter 0-200 volt -01 No (f) Digital Ameter with CT 0-200 Amps-01 No (g) LED indicator lamp-03 Nos (h) Copper bus bar chamber of capacity with bus bar 200 Amps TPN with bus bar insulator-01 No. (Including one free space for future expension of MCCB 32 Amps) (j) Internal wiring with suitable size single core copper conductor cable of Red, Yellow, Blue and black colour including lugs, ferrule, tag etc.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Non return valve//Reflux valve ISI marked of rating PN 1.6 ISI marked 100 mm bore complete with nuts,bolts and washers complete all as specified.

Cast iron sluice valve long body ISI marked both end flanged Class PN 1.6 ISI marked for 80 mm bore pipe with brass spindle ISI marked complete with hand wheel joints, jointing material rubber insertion sheet 3mm thick bolts,nuts,washers etc complete all as specified.

Air release valve with two air release outlets of size 100mm bore pipe flanged type with 3mm thick rubber gasket MS bolts,nuts,washers etc complete all as specified.

Air release valve with two air release outlets of size 80mm bore pipe flanged type with 3mm thick rubber gasket MS bolts,nuts,washers etc complete all as specified.

Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 90cm x 90cm x 100cm (internal size) with mild steel sheet cover 3.15mm thick and frame of angle iron of size 40x40x 6mm duly all exposed surfaces painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and painting all embedded MS surfaces with two coats of black bitumenous paint including excavation and earth work,150mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 as in foundation,brick work in cement mortar (1:6),locking arrangement, and all inner size of pit shall be plastered 15mm thick using cement mortar (1:4) and coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 over brick wall complete all as specified and shown on drawings.
