Providing fitting and fixing of false ceilling with Aluminium anodised T Section No 3215 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C. plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0"x2'0" with prelaminated particle board suspended from ceilling etc complete. As per direction Engineer In-charge.

Providing, fitting & fixing of premoulded decorative corner beading of Model No. C- 443 of GYPSUM INDIA LTD. having cross section demension 112 X 80MM & fixing the same by providing PVC plug, screw, cornice adhesive, fevicol etc. complete in all respect.

Dismantling & removing door , windows & ventilators including removing the hinges, clamps including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing debris within 50mt. lead . and removing the debris away from the worksite including all labour T&P articles etc. required for the work etc., complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dressed seasoned sal wood work framed and fixed frames of doors windows etc.complete with cost lead of all materials including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour and T&P required for the work with all taxes and royality etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

32mm thick sal wood pannel shutter with 12 mm thick mayur tech ply moulded pannel including fitting and fixing etc. including all labour T&P articles etc. required for the work etc., complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of M.S. Grill Gate and collapsible gate with top and bottom rails in proper position including making holes in walls in proper position including making holes in walls R.C.C. structure and wood work etc. and making good to the damages to walls or R.C.C. structures including mending, or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with R.C.C. (1:2:4) with hard black broken granite stone chips of 12mm to 20mm (1/2" to 3/4") (20mm not to exceed 25%) with cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, taxes and royalties with all T&P etc., complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting, fixing up window ( sliding type) made up aluminium Section 9778 as windows frame , section No 4095 , 4096 and 9777,3904 as shutter frame with 5 mm thick black Glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including cost of materilals T&P T & P hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc complete as per direction Engineer in-charge.Data for 4'-0" x 4'-0" = 16 Sft or 1.49Sqm =7.28 Kg.

Providing fitting, fixing 5mm thick Black Glass including cost of materials T&P etc. complete

Priming two coats to old wall work over two coat of primer including cost and conveyance of all materials royalities taxes and cost of indigo glue with T & P etc.complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Finishing Surface of walls with cement based wall putty ( Water Based) of approved make & finised smooth & even surface to receive Painting including cost,lead etc.of all materilas materilas with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc., complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall Painting two Coats with Plastic emulsion Paint of approved shade including cost of Plastic paint including cost,lead etc.of all materilas materilas with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc., complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting two coats with weather coat of approved shade on wall surface including cost of weather coat and all materials labour T & P etc complete.

Removing old grading plaster from roof slab,cleaning the surface,lowering and removing the debris etc.witin 50mt. lead from working area etc.

4.0 cm thick grading concrete with C.C.(1:2:4) on roof slab using 6 mm size h.g.chips with watering curing cost carriage of all materials labourT&P etc.complete

Fitting of chequred tiles in floors treads on steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement concrete 1:1 neat cement punning cost and conveyance of all materials royalties taxes and cost of indigo glue with T&P etc., complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats on iron work over a coat a primer including cost,lead etc.of all materilas etc complete.sand papering polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect and as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
