Earth work in filling in embankment, trolley 10 refuges, level crossing approaches, platforms cum etc with all classification of approved soil done in layer not exceeding 300 mm thick with breaking all size of clods filling of loose pocket and hand ramming as directed by engineer in charge complete in all respect. With Contractor's earth of approved quality and specification obtained from outside Rly earth with all lead lift as per site condition.

Grouting of MCI insert by epoxy resin with Each hardner quantity 840 Aerolite GU-257 and quartz sand (all to be made by weight in the ratio of 1:2:7) respectively including making holes and in bed block of size 65 mm dia and 110 mm deep drying the holes with blow lamp with all labour, materials, tools and plants and other accessories as required to keep the MCI inserts in proper level and alignment as per direction of engineer at site. Only MCI inserts will be supplied by the Railway free of cost.

Making leveling course on bed block 25 mm Sqm thick (Average) EPOXY resin mortar Hardner HY 840 Aradite GY 257 and quartz sand (All to be mixed by weight in the ratio 1:2:10 respectively in proper shape and size including chipping of concrete to make the surface of bed block rough, cleaning the same properly with wire brush, drying bed with blow lamp before putting epoxy mortar with all labours, materials, tools and plants as necessary to complete the work in all respect as per direction of engineer at site. No materials will be supplied by the Railway under this item.

Grouting by EPOXY resin Hardner HY 840 / HY Kg 951 Aradite GY 257 (HUNTSMAN or CICA) all to be mixed by weight in thr ratio (1:2) respective under pressure 2 to 4 Kg/cm2 with the help of pressure grouting machine consisting of prime mover, mixture agitator primer as required for making holes to fit the nozzles etc. The rate includes cost of all materials, consumable, labours, tools and plants scaffolding/ staging with all lead lift etc as directed by engineer in charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing in position AUDCO Each CI Plug valve flanged type of L&T or similar of approved brand including necessary labour, fitters, materials like nuts and bolts, washers, gasket, sealing materials etc with all lead, lift labour, taxes royalty etc complete in all respect as per instruction of engineer at site.
