The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied 07 Nos sewer Sucking cum Jetting Machine, 02 Nos Septic tank cleaner machines, 03 Nos Robotic De-silting machine with inspection camera, 02 Nos Hydraulic sewer root cutters, 01 No Power bucket machine & 01 No. Mini-jetting machine (80 Percentage of the quantity) required in any one of the last 3 years (2022-23 to 2024-25) to any State / Central / Government Departments / PSU / ULBs in India. For Micro and small Enterprises they should have manufactured, tested and supplied 03 Nos sewer Sucking cum Jetting Machine, 01 Nos Septic tank cleaner machines, 01 Nos Robotic De-silting machine with inspection camera, 01 Nos Hydraulic sewer root cutters, 01 No Power bucket machine & 01 No. Mini-jetting machine (40Percentage of the quantity) required in any one of the last 2 years (2023-24 to 2024-25) to any State / Central / Government Departments / PSU / ULBs in India. Incase of authorized representative he should have supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily (07 Nos sewer Sucking cum Jetting Machine, 02 Nos Septic tank cleaner machines, 03 Nos Robotic De-silting machine with inspection camera, 02 Nos Hydraulic sewer root cutters, 01 No Power bucket machine & 01 No. Mini-jetting machine (80 Percentage of the quantity) required in any one of the last 3 years (2022-23 to 2024-25) to any State / Central / Government Departments / PSU / ULBs in India. For Micro and small Enterprises they should have manufactured, tested and supplied 03 Nos sewer Sucking cum Jetting Machine, 01 Nos Septic tank cleaner machines, 01 Nos Robotic De-silting machine with inspection camera, 01 Nos Hydraulic sewer root cutters, 01 No Power bucket machine & 01 No. Mini-jetting machine (40Percentage of the quantity) required in any one of the last 2 years (2023-24 to 2024-25) to any State / Central / Government Departments / PSU / ULBs in India). Which must be in satisfactory operation for at least 12 months continuously (Satisfactorily working certificate of vehicle issued by concerned authority should be submitted online) before the date of tender opening.

The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance for both (a) and (b) above, in Performa under Section XII

The bidder should have valid ISO or IATF certificates. If the bidder is authorized Dealer, certificates of the OEM will be considered.

Company Registration certificate or Firm Registration Certificate or MSME Certificate.

The tenderer should be a Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) OR Authorized Representative, having valid registration certificate and should furnish documents as mentioned below in support of Eligibility Criteria. 1.Company Registration certificate 2. If the bidder being Authorized Representative, should furnish the OEM Authorization Certificate issued specific for this tender, for which the tender is submitted, authorizing them for participation in the current Tender as per SECTION XIII:- MANUFACTURERS AUTHORIZATION FORM and should furnish valid dealer agreement.

The bidder should have minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 7.90 crores, during the last preceding 3 years i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25. However the average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be Rs.3.95 crores with respect to micro and small enterprises during the last two preceding financial years i.e, 2023-24 to 2024-25.
