Material & labour for gently cleaning the surface of the stone masonry and piers with specialized water misting techniques employing air water jet using a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spray a fine mist along the stone surface, without over wetting, followed up by gentle brushing with soft nylon brushes as specified. Gentle surface cleaning may include using water misting and mild pH balanced surfactants as specified for indicated areas to remove surface dirt, grit, surface accretions, lime wash etc by means of water misting and pH balanced surfactants and cleaning as directed by Engineer - in- Charge.

Note:- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of removing vegetation on wall surfaces, chajjas etc and erection and dismantling of MS tubular double scaffolding up to four story of bldg and provision of necessary safety equipments to the skilled workers to carry out work.

Application of two coat of transperent polyurethene paint over stone masonary as per the manufactures instruction over a coat of primer all as specified & directed. Make :- Asian paint, Berger, Shalimar or equivalent as approved by GE Note :- (i) The work is to be carried out in prestigious HQ bldg/hall, hence before starting of work all instructions given by accepting officer/consultant (if any) are to be strictly followed. Any damage to structure due to negligence of contractor shall be repaired as directed without any extra cost to the entire satisfaction of accepting officer/consultant failing which the same shall be got done through other agency at contractor risk & cost. (ii) Rate included for necessary scaffolding,machanical means of painting/spray paint,safety pracaution,etc. complete all as directed.
