Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the soil within 50 m initial lead and 1.5 m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m in depth and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth, ditches with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm. in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4 cm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid.

Fly Ash Brick Masonry in cement mortar (1:6)using Aly Ash bricks in foundationof 23cm x 12cm x 8cm having crushing strength not less than 75kg per sqcm with dimentional tolerance +/- 8% including watering, curing and cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of laour charges etc complete.a) In Foundation & Plinth

In Super-Structure

R.C.C. M-20 having a minimum compressive strength(in work test) 200 Kg/cm.2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 20mm & down graded size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 28days centering, shuttering, finishing the exposed surfacs inculding ceiling, smooth, providing grooves beads where necessary and providing, required No of fan Hooks as directed including, cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost, of all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of M.S.Rods or Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending, binding and tying grills. Cutting, straightening coiled or bent up M.S. Rod or tor steel of SAIL / Tiscon or equavalent make (grade Fe-500D) including bending, binding, welding and joining if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. Work and for providing fan hooks as required, hoisting, lowering, laying including cost, conveyances, taxes of M.S. Rod or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors (payment will be made on standard weight of B.I.S. for M.S. Rods or tor steel only) etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.
