Operation and Maintenance of E & M installation at MSSR station, Bellary comprising of 2 No. of 250 KVA 11/0.433 KV Transformers, 3 compartment HT panel with 800A VCB, 200KVA LT DG Set, LT Panel, associated Earthing System of Utilities, fire alarm and detection system,and fire fighting system (e.g. fire extinguishers), internal and external Electrical & Mechanical installtions for round the clock 24X7 Basis, Monitoring, Control and General Maintenance for 100% Serviceability including Co-ordination with ESCOM and i/c providing consumable material like cotton waste, oil, grease & other sundry material required for cleaning etc., as per Technical and special conditions Maintenance of Records and Log Books and reporting as and when required, complete Upkeeping of the Installations, which involves daily,Preventive, breakdown repairs & corrective maintenance, attending day to day complaints, faults, breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring the serviceability & satisfactory working condition of the installations, with min. man power as per tender special conditions of contract, detailed scope of work and AAI requirements on all days i/c sunday and holiday as specified and as directed by EIC.

SH - II: ISC of HT Panel VCBs, Relay Calibration, Transformer Oil filtration

Overhauling and Servicing of 800 Amp 11 KV VCBs by Deploying Authorised Service Personnel of Manufacturer/Service Dealer/ Specialised Agency experienced in similar nature of work, provided at Power House/Substation including drawing out of the VCB, opening the same, Inspection, Servicing, Cleaning of Contact Surfaces, Overhauling of Operating Mechanism, Lubrication of Moving Parts, replacement of minor defective spares supplied by AAI (excluding supply of spares), Testing and Commissioning etc., as required. Calibration of Electromehanical type IDMT relay set -(O/C and E/F)/] provided in HT Panels, Testing of Insulation Values, Pick-up Value, Timing, Burden, etc., i/c adjustment of Settings if required at site, as required, conforming to IS 9124 - 1979 by Secondary Injection Test including submission of calibration certificate as required.

Calibration of Master Trip and trip circuit supervision Relay provided in the HT Panels,including Testing of Insulation values, Pick-up Value, Drop Off, Burden etc., as required, conforming to IS 9124 - 1979 by Secondary Injection Test as required.

Filtration of Transformer Oil of 250 KVA 11KV/433V Transformerconforming to IS 6792/72 and IS 1866 as required with up to date amendments, including transporting Filtration Plant and BDV Test Kit, Job includes conducting of BDV test, moisture content to find neutralisation number, Interfacial Tension Test before and after oil filtration, Replacement of Silica Gel, Acidity Testing of Oil at Chemical Testing Lab, Submission of Reports, Checking of Cable Tightness, etc. as required.

Supply of Transformer Oil conforming to IS 335/1983 for topping up of oil for Transformer during filtration of Oil and for replacement of Oil for the Transformers (to be supplied as and when required by EIC)

SH -III: Annual Operation, CMC of 4x18TR Precision AC & CMC of Split AC Units

Annual Operation and daily Maintenance of 4x18TR precision Air conditioning system on round the clock basis continuously and split Air Conditioners units at Bellary as per special conditions of tender and for all days including Sundays and holidays, and maintaining necessary records as per the direction of EIC, complete as required. which involves daily,Preventive, breakdown repairs & corrective maintenance, attending day to day complaints, faults, breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring the serviceability & satisfactory working condition of the installations.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance (Periodical , preventive and Breakdown) of three phase 4X18TR ductable precision Air-Conditioning system with scroll compressor & microprosessor control system including providing all necessary consumables and spares as per OEM's recommendation and AAI Special Conditions etc. Complete as required.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance (Periodical, preventive and Breakdown) of RO+UV water purifier with inbuilt hot, cold and normal water dispenser including providing all necessary consumables and spares through OEM or its authorised dealer /agency and AAI Special Conditions etc. and also Laboratory test of water (from outlet of each water purifier) and submission of reports (on monthly basis) with following parameters as per relevent IS for drinking water. Complete as required for one year. (make/ model : Aquaguard hot & cold RO+UV water purifier with Purification Capacity of Header Tank: 11 Litres, Cold Tank: 4 Litres, Hot Tank: 1.5 Litres) and water flow rate of 720 ml/minute), (note : since this item is a new installation and CMC will starts for this item after completion of DLP.
