Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth,earth mixed with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil as per SS 20B

Supplying and filling of conveyed earth with a lead of 5Km for basement filling including all labour charges for filling etc complete

Collection and supply of Sand and filling in to the basement including cost and conveyance to the siteand all labour charges for filling as per standard specifications

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc.complete.

R.C.C. 1:11/2:3 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc.complete.

Brick work in cm1:5 mix using country bricks of size 8 3/4" x 4 1/4" x 2 3/4" including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and all labour charges etc.complete.

Supplying and fabrication of steel including cost of steel and binding wire to site and all labour charges for straightening, cutting to length,bending to shape and tying in position and forming grills for all R.C.C works

Supplying and errecting centring for sides and soffits of all RCC works including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and all labour charges etc.complete.

Special ceiling plastering with cement mortor 1:3 mix to 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and all labour charges etc.complete.

Plastering with cement mortor 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and all labour charges etc.complete.

Weathering Course Concrete to 80 mm thickness (average) using 20mm size Brick jelly with slacked lime in the proportion 32:12:50 (No sand to be used) including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and all labour charges etc.complete.

Finishing top of roof with one layer of Pressed Tiles of size 20 cm x 20cm x 20mm embedded in Cement Mortor 1:3 mix mixed with Water Proofing compound and pointed with same mixed mortor to full depth of tiles including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and all labour charges etc.complete.

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing of walls with Colour glazed tiles of size 15 cm x15cmx6mm laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick & pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/cm2 - etc., complete.

White washing two coats using shell lime including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc comoplete

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.
