Disconnecting & dewatering of PVC overhead tanks, scrubbing the inner surfaces, cleaning & removing all scales, dirt etc.from mouth of circulating pipes, washing the tanks with fresh water and disinfecting the same by flushing with liquid chlorine or any other equivalent chemical, reconnecting & refixing in position after cleaning for tank capacity n exc. 500 ltrs each including marking the date of cleaning with white paint & stencil all as required & directed.

M&L for taking down and removal of loose/disintegrated old concrete/plaster and applying 10mm thick bonding coat of modified styrene butadiene emulsion (SBR bonding agent i.e. Nitobond SBR 45) in proportion 1(Nitobond SBR 45) : 1(water) : 3(OPC) by volume with the brushes etc to bind new cement plaster/polymer modified plaster /concrete /screed concrete on old wall/ceiling surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition mud in roofs, any thicknes, including plastering , existing tretement and cleaning (whether full thickness removed or only or part there of) etc in all respect and preparing it for further treatment and taking out and disposal of debris & rubbish to a distance exc 1 Km but not exc 1.5 Km complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding, laid to a minimum consolidated thickness of 25 mm as leveling course, laid and compacted in min slope 1:30 over roof complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L screed laid 15mm thick in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound over green concrete surface(WPC will be measured and paid seperately) surface finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq. m including cleaning surfaces over bituminious primer complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L APP based plymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified.

Treatement for sunken portion is as follows :- (i) Demolition of lean concrete and other type of filling in sunken portion & cleaned the sunken portion incl vertical wall surface complete as directed. (ii) M&L for providing 12 mm dia holes of 40mm deep @2.00m c/c at junction of beams and columns as co-ordinal points for inserting/pouring cement slurry by pressure grouting for sunken floors of toilet , includind sealing the holes with CM 1:3, all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge. (iii) M&L for water proofing plaster for sunken portion in CM 1:3, 20 mm thick in two coats with water proofing compound at the rate of 2% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (WPC will be measured and paid seperately). (iv) M&L for applyin evenly two coats of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg/Sqm in each coat over vertical surfaces and floors of sunken floors of toilet including cleaning of surfaces. (v) M&L for PCC 1:7:12 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling (sunken portion). etc. (contd....)

(vi) M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate, mixed with WPC @ 2% by wt. of cement, as sub base, 75mm thick. (WPC will be measured and paid separately.) on top (vii) M&L for plastering in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick with water proofing compound at the rate of 2% by weight of cement and finishing the surface seven and fair.(WPC will be measured and paid seperately) Note :- Above includes (a) Test again of water tightness by pounding for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defect. (b) The sunken portion shall be tested for leakage / seepage / dampness by pounding with water for 72 hours. In case any defect is noticed the portion shall be grouted with cement slurry mixed with suitable chemical & tested again. The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage / seepage / dampness is eliminated. (c) Horizontal flat area to be measered.

Dismantling Asbestos Cement Corrugated or Semicorrugated in Roof covering .

Dismantling ballies, hard or soft wood, any position, except in posts and struts; including taking out iron straps, bolts and nuts, etc., if type 3 or any all as per direction by Engr In Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs

S&F for steel work in tubular section for purlin/rafters etc including special shaped washer etc. complete using induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1998 grade St- 240.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tesile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, and eves board fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S&F for Non asbestos fibre cement building boards 8mm thick fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws incl Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer.
