S/F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-1 capacity 500ltrs.(Make - polyplast, Sintex, Pollytuff,)

M&L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc, Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre®and Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes (1:4).

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof vering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.(make: TATA, Bhusan, Jindal)

Removing building materials debris, to a distance of 100m or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination etc and depositing where directed.

Taking down old tarfelt & cleaning the bitinumen surface by wire brushing, washing down & disposing the pealed off tarfelt muck, removing grass, small trees with uprooting etc. from roof.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of acoat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm of the same manufactures as membrane of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer ofmembrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through theauthorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane Make- STP,IWL,TATA.
