Providing comprehensive design consultancy in planning, designing, detailing, surveying, preliminary / detailed cost estimation, supervision of the execution of all the project within the project area as per scope of contract mentioned in Annexure-I ,Terms of Reference for planning and design consultancy services for the beautification,street scaping, improvement of various roads/stretches as per UTTIPEC / IRC norms covering the following main scope of work( Roads having approx. RoW 7.80m to 35m(Ref:Annexure-I) ) :- i) Beautification,screet-scapping Landscaping of corridor ii) Traffic management for improvement of crossings by way of suggesting U-turn etc. wherever required. iii) Footpath for pedestrian i/c access for physically challenged users. iv) Facility for Parking of vehicles / MMI mode v) Providing NMV lanes /Cycle track or other features as required at site as per UTTIPEC /IRC Norms /guidelines vi) Public toilets, whereverfeasible vii) Street Furniture. viii) Road Signages (Mandatory, Cautionary and Informatory) and road marking/ Zebra crossings, bus boxes etc.
