S&F in repair 20mm dia SS 304 grade cloth hanging rod for wardrobe, complete with SS 304 grade brackets/ supports, end caps, screws, fasteners and all necessary accessories, properly fixed and finished complete as directed.

S&F magnetic door catcher of approved make and quality, suitable for wooden wardrobe shutters, comprising high-strength magnet with base plate and plastic/metal housing, including matching striker plate, screws, and all accessories, fixed in proper alignment to ensure smooth shutter closing, complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory-made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/clerestory windows and other frames/chowkhats of size 45 × 70 mm, comprising virgin PVC polymer of K value 58–60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate, and natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) with non-toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms), fabricated with mitre joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full-body threaded star-headed stainless steel screws, having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (face) and 1100 N (edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm², modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm², and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category, with properties of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof, and fire retardant, fixed in position with MS holdfasts/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required diameter and length, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
