Dismantling , removing and carefully stacking Doors &windows includung removal of frames,hinges and fastenings etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Dismantling, removing, and carefully stacking the damaged, broken, twisted, and unserviceable thermocole false ceiling and wooden wall partitions, including the removal of all associated frames, hinges, fastenings, and other fixtures, complete. The work shall be carried out with due care to prevent damage to adjoining structures, services, and materials. All serviceable materials shall be stacked safely at the designated location, and unserviceable debris shall be disposed of as directed. The work shall be completed in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Post constructional Anti termite treatment by drilling 1/2" dia holes at uniform intervels of 12" at the junction of the building and the Chemical Chlorophyriphos 20% Equivalent will be walls and floors to a depth of 4" to 5" inside or as directed by the departmental officers. The building and the chemical Chlorophyriphos 20% Equivalent will be quirilled inside these hole leg using hand pressure pumps from itrs fills to it refusal. The wooden frame will be spread by the same termicide solution center pheriphery of the building will be treated by the making a small chamel around the building and the holes are to be made by ysing crow bar around termicide Chlorophyriphos to be squrilled inside these holes after completion of treatment all holes drilling in the walls and floor closed by cement etc complete complying with std spn, and as directed by the departmental officer. The chemical is to be used on the work should be got approved by the executive engineer's before use on the work.

Providing and fixing Acoustic Wall Panelling (equivalent to Armstrong) in channelled wood works perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length of 2400mm or as per required by the Departmental Engineer made of a high density fibre board with minimum 725 kg./m3 density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade and finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special peforation pattern where the visible surface has a "Helmholtz" fluted perforation of 3mm width and 21mm of visible panel each. The edges of the panels shall be "tongue-and-grooved" to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non woven acoustical fleese having NRC of 0.52. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines using clips provided by Armstrong and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge Installation: Install aluminium box section (provided by others) of section 50mm x 25mm or as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge on the solid wall horizontally using screws and plugs at spacing of 600mm centre to centre. Screw the aluminium extruded keel for channelled wood works provided by Armstrong over the lowest and second aluminium section at an on centre distance of 600mm. Place the inside clip on the groove end of the panel along the aluminium keel and then place the tongue end of the next panel. Continue installing rows of panels by inserting the tongue into groove of the earlier inserted panel and progressively installing inside clips into the next keel till the actual height is achieved. Finish off the edges using wooden moulding of matching colour (provided by others). Installation to be carried out by Armstrong Trained Installation Team and installation should be carried out as per Armstrong Recommended Procedure.

Supply and installation of Anutone / Hera Design / Tectum / Equivalent Brand of Acoustical Fibre Based Wall Panelling of strand colour, kerfed edge magnesite bonded pine wood fibre core tiles of size 600 x 2400 x 20mm, density 400 kgs / m3, weight 8 kg / m2 installed by using GI strut frame work system with non-visible fasteners usin PVC strut H-Spline. The GI strut frame work systems includes GI strut CC 50 cross channel having thickness 0.7mm, length 3600mm, knurled web 50, depth 50mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened to wall positioned horizontally in a regular manner at 600mm centre to centre. PVC strut H-Spline having sectional thickness 2mm and length 2400mm to be fixed perpendicular to the Strut CC50 cross channel at 600mm centers. The kerfed edge panels shall be then inserted into the strut H-Spline along their long edges of 2400mm against frame work to perfect fit with staggered short edges. The system is backlined with the acoustical infill Anutone or Equivalent Brand of SynthPF 500 gsm 50mm thick. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.9 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department officers. The cost includes, cost of material, cost of labour, scaffolding, transportation, conveyance, etc., complying to standard specication.

Supply and Installation of 74 mm Drywall Partition with two layers of MGO-Magnesia Cement board, square edge, Magnesia cement core panels of size 1200x2400x12mm, volume density 1000kgs/m3, weight 12kg/m2 installed by using Auminimum channel.The Aluminimum channel 1.5mm thick, length 3600mm fixed to the floor and soffit ceiling with suitable fasteners at 300mm staggered centers. Silica noise and fire rated silicon sealant /Matt to be caulked along the lining frame before fixing the Aluminimum channels. Then Aluminimum channel of 25x50x1.5mm thick should be placed into the floor/head channel positioned vertically at 600mm centers. Extra reinforcement to be provided at openings (doors, windows, etc). Synthetic Polyfiber, 1000 gsm density, thickness 50mm, width 600mm is held in position with Stick S7 dab spots inbetween Aluminimum Channel. Magnesia Cement board 1200X2400X12mm is fastened onto the Aluminimum Channel behind in staggered manner using self drilling (drill tip) fasteners at 300mm centers. 4mm gap should be maintained between boards on all sides. Supply and Installation of Strand Nubby texture finish Acoustics False Ceilings, square edge, magnesite-bonded, 2mm wide pinewood fibre core, fully encapsulated with texture finish, Green Pro certified ceiling tile of size 595x595x15mm having volume density 400Kgs/m3, weight 6kg/ m2 suspended using 0.3mm thick T-Grid T15 metal grid system. T15 ceiling grid system of 600x600mm module includes WA15W30 with unequal flanges of 15/19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centres. Then suspend the MT15W36 with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of Anchor Bolt, Soffit Cleat and Suspension Rod with Levelling Clip at 1200mm centres. Extra support to be added near jointing of two MT15 so that end cantilever should not be more than 150mm. CT15W12 with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centres in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. Supplying and fixing of Visitor Chair of size 45x35x89 Cm, fabricated with a strong and durable 14 SWG round tubular steel frame , duly powder-coated in an approved shade for corrosion resistance and aesthetic appearance. The seat and backrest shall be made of high-density foam cushion upholstered with good quality, approved fabric to provide comfortable seating. The chair shall be fitted with PU armrests fixed securely to the frame for additional comfort and support. The overall design shall be sturdy, stable, and suitable for use in offices and waiting areas. Supplying and fixing Big Storage Unit of overall size 850 mm (L) x 450 mm (D) x 2130 mm (H), conforming to the approved design and pattern. The storage unit shall be fabricated using 18 mm thick pre-laminated or commercial plywood of approved quality, finished neatly on all exposed surfaces. The top and external surfaces shall have 18 mm thick finished panels with smooth edges and laminated or polished finish in approved shade and texture. The unit shall be provided with suitable compartments, adjustable shelves, and shutters as per the approved design and functional requirement.The rate shall include the cost of all materials, labour, fittings, fixtures, polishing, finishing, loading, unloading, conveyance, and installation, complete in all respects and complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers at site.

Supplying and laying wooden flooring at site 8mm thick of approved make using click laminated floor with inbuilt 3mm sound bloc class of use 31 water resistant AC 3 grade impact resistant IC3 (as per EN 130 900 / 1400) having 0.60mm MLC (Multi-Layer Guard + SRSG 2) (Scratch Resistant Surface Second Generation) on top of moisture high density fibre board substrate specially developed copr of plank size 1288 x 196 x 8mm having joints tongue and groove to secure long lasting joint. The tongue and groove having the edges duly pre impregnated with par affine including laying 0.20mm thick alkali resistant polyethylene sheet of density 850 kg / m3 beneath the laminated wooden panel to absorb the sound caused including labour charges, loading, unloading, transportation, etc., complete

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with Two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying and applying with one coat Putty over plastered wall surface of first class approved quality including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting the wall two coats with approved Interior Emulsion paint over one primer coat on cement plastered wall surface etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
