Taking down carefully the old U/S Aluminium / Copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) including fitting and fixtures (switch, socket, bell push, lamp holder, electric bell, ceiling rose, fan regulator) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including necessary touch up with the adjoining surface of disturbed area ie with OBD/colour wash/white wash as the existing finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for point wiring complete, stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal area PVC insulated FRLS 1100 volts grade electrical cable in but with through existing concealed PVC/ MS conduit and including replacement of unserviceable pressed steel terminal boxes of required size with top cover 3 mm thick plastic/laminated sheet of required color with screwed and cup washer with all accessories including 1.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor PVC unsheathed cable earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified for One light/Fan/Bell point controlled by one switch 5 Amps one way using cable (1.5 Sq mm for phase and neutral and 1.5 sqmm for earthing). Note No. 1. Making good to disturbed surface of walls including necessary touch up with adjoining surface of disturbed area i.e with OBD/colour work/white wash as existing finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 2.
